The last story is crazy and unbelievable. It's very strange that the adoption agency closed the same year the brothers met. I honestly believe that they just renamed the agency and continue to do these types of scientific experiments to this day. Great reaction.

It's not that unbelievable. Some of us within this society truly believe all is fair, good and just. Despite all the different factors that divide us like race, sex, gender, politics, gender, and socioeconomic status some us are natural born skeptics that believe in only what they see or deem as factual.
Regardless those beliefs, there is great evil in this world and their are levels to it. The higher up you go the darker and more disturbing it becomes. The same rules and laws we are forced to obey, they ignore. They have no rules, boundaries, or limitations for their actions. Zero consequences will be carried out like prison and death.
The biggest question your probably asking yourself right now is...who is they? Criminals, organized crime, politicians, governments, shadow government, celebrities, the illuminati, other secret societies? Which one is it? It doesn't matter. Knowledge is power, power is power. People in this world with real money, don't care about money once they have it. They care about power. Influencing the masses, aquiring massive amounts of land, flexing their wealth in order to feel good about themselves.
You can be the biggest conspiracy theorist or skeptic it doesn't matter because whoever is in control of this world and all the different individuals that keep are society running will never tell us the truth. All of their secrets and crimes will be covered up. They will not allow anything, or anyone to oppose them and their rule. This is their era. This is their creation. We the people who outnumber them are pawns in a much larger game being played. Worker bees. A cog in the machine. There is good and bad on both sides. Unfortunately, it's not about justice, but just us...and if your not apart of the us you will never be within the inner circle.
I really hope I'm wrong on all of this and evil is just random and there is no greater mystery, but sometimes I think about all the things we don't know about that goes on behind closed doors. Behind the scenes. Only to be revealed years later by certain people who uncover the truth. Pretty scary world we live in.

The point of the last story is that yes it is BOTH nature and nurture. The problem is that it’s probably much more nature than most people are comfortable with

Not only was there the possibility of lawsuit, but human experimentation of this scale was pretty illegal and still is unless given consent by the subject or by a very specific counsel of high individuals of certain organizations, as well as, being supervised by individuals assigned by that counsels decision

True story. I live in Bulgaria. In the small parachute factory that is literally 5 blocks away from my apartment you can get hired ONLY and I do mean ONLY if you jump with a parachute first. The owners pay for the jump. Your qualifications do not matter and you will not be allowed to work there unless you jump. This is done so that people coming to work can appreciate much more what they are doing there.

There is a difference between desire and choice... It is clear that twins have the same desire... but they have different opinions and different choices... contrary to experiment , and contrary to what they say, that decisions are influenced by the environment and external factors, not genes

I have 3 siblings my full blooded sister that I was raised with and a half brother and sister that are twins which I missed most of their childhood, I've spent time with them a couple of times when they were babies and haven't seen since. And it kills me because I'm their big brother and I wasn't by their side. Granted it wasn't my fault because i was still a child myself and we had to move. But I still hate that.

My first ever experience with skydiving was when I was like...maybe 7? I wasn't jumping obviously, I was an observer. My Mom came to my brother and I and was like "Come on, we're gonna go see your Uncle Jay."
Uncle Jay has always been this chill, not so talkative, almost mystery to us, so we never turned down seeing him; as we thought he was cool, in the weird way.
Eventually we end up in this corn field thing and we're all just standing there chatting, and my brother and I have no clue what's going on. Soon we hear this loud roaring hum above us, and my parents tell us to look up and watch. Sure enough, we see this little thing come hopping out of this helicopter and it starts kinda frippin its way down. My brother and I are STILL confused until my mom says, "That's Uncle Jay. He jumped out of a plane. It's called skydiving. He has a sheet on him that will get big so he won't get hurt when he comes down. You'll see him get slower and slower."
    So yea...Fun memory. 😂

I think with twin studies, it would mostly prove that personalities are mostly genetic. But humans are very complicated. We aren't just determined by our personalities. Our decisions in life make a huge impact as well. It sort makes me think of the same as zodiacs. Who we are could be predetermined. This is sort of what a lot of personality tests try to find out. But this is just a canvas of our life, no different than our physical bodies. Personality is just a lens, and just like our bodies, we have no control over it since we are born, but like our bodies, we can make alterations. We can make our bodies stronger, and we can make certain aspects of our personality more outspoken. So, in the end, dont let how you are born determine your life. Don't assume your life is terrible because you are born in a poor minority race family. And dont assume you have to be a sh#% person because you have a not so great personality.

    • @randomcharacter2337
      @randomcharacter2337 Рік тому +2

Thinking about, though, having a predetermined personality sort of makes more sense. Imagine being born without a personality. It's sort of like being born as an empty shell of a person. You have to have some internal motivation to get yourself to engage with the world.

Considering that adoption agency was the one the richest people went to for adoption, the people were not concerned about the financial ramification.
You should never be so comfortable with doing something that you neglect your own safety. In the end, you are responsible for your own safety.

I had to pause the video. I know this is 5 months old but... what the actual F!? The nerve of anyone in a position of power, influence, and mentorship saying to anyone but especially a KID that they didn't think you'd make it! I'm appalled and disgusted on your behalf. I'm so sorry that people said that to you. I'm sure it served as fuel in your case, but I still feel horrible that anyone would say that to you. I'm so happy for you and proud of you for proving them wrong, sure, but ultimately F em, I'm mostly proud that you did YOURSELF right.

Unpopular opinion but the twin study is actually a good study. If you take out emotions/morals and look at it from a psychological perspective, the study is pretty interesting. We always her people say "it's not their fault it's how they were raised" or some variation of that. This is a study to debunk that. It might not feel good but from a psychology point of view it's not that bad. Now the weird part to me if the fact that he didn't publish it, that's wild and let'sme know there's more not good things to it.
