    The part that infuriates me about the last story is the judge calling Brett a "victim" of his own lies. He's not a victim. He made the decision to continue lying then chose to kill his mom and brothers instead of coming clean.

    1:The most saddest one. I can't imagine the family's pain learning what they did with their mother's body. The fact it was brought by the U.S. without looking into where it came from just makes it more messed up.
    2: The most heartbreaking one. Losing your 10ys old family which never even existed sounds both painful and morbid. To be honest that giy was strong i imagine most people would end up with suicide, i'm not sure i could've pullrd through either.
    3: Most f$cked up. You have to be truly an evil monster to decide you kill your family over a lie instead of coming clean. I hope he will behind bars until his miserable life ends. I also hope the other convicts will make his life inside a living hell

    The second story is heartbreaking. A moment's unconsciousness can produce such a detailed, elaborate hallucination. The brain is such a wonderfully, mysteriously complex organism.

      @@FallingGalaxy couple of months ago I got dehydrated to the point I had a headache all day for 2 days, arms were weak & I felt so sick I could only really get up to drink water & use the bathroom I stayed in bed just doing that for 1.5 days. Diarrhea for a day. Drinking water all day long & drinking Gatorade. Using my phone or even having my eyes open made my head hurt even worse. Probably should have went to the hospital & realistically that’s probably the closest I’ve ever come to dying. I wasn’t dying but my body walk very clearly telling me we were going in that direction if i didn’t do something. Probably should have went to the hospital & got a fluids IV, if I’m ever in a situation like that again I certainly will. But I remember having the craziest dreams in my life those 1.5 days. I’d see a bunch of naked women Ik, then wake up & look around the room then pass back out & see friends or ppl Ik in different places, zoning in & out of consciousness basically. It was like I was hallucinating or something. Very scary, it came from me drinking like 7-8 bottles of wine in like 3 day & missing 2 meals bc I was drunk & not drinking enough water to keep up with drinking all day for 3 days straight basically, I barely ever drink now, it was harrowing event

    That second story would be rhe end of my life, no fcking joke. Waking up to realize that the MOST important thing in your entire life was a fabrication of your mind would be a punishment worse than hell. Those poeple you loved, none of them ever existed, they dont get to go on in a potential afterlife even though your still suffering for them. Its worse imo than losing a real person, because at least there is FINALITY there, but not for you, not for those that imagine the person.

    • @FallingGalaxy
      @FallingGalaxy 2 роки тому +7

      For it it would not be worse than losing a real person, having lost my two most precious people already, real life loved ones, and having dreams where they're still alive in various scenarios feels extremely real during the dream (sometimes it's just that their death never happened/isn't a thing in the dream, other times it's worse because it's something like she faked her death and the dream me is furious with her but so incredibly relieved and happy) and to wake up and realize it was a dream and they're really gone is extraordinarily painful. I feel grateful to have been able to feel like they were alive and experience such dreams but at the same time on the days I wake up after such dreams, it pretty much is a ruined day where I can't function well and am a zombie or depressed/crying all day off and on. It's hard and there isn't any evidence of any after life of any kind anyway so that's still just people's beliefs/mind deciding a thing to feel good about. It's not worse. It's more like it's terrible he has to grieve for these people that never were, but it should be a wake up call for others to realize you CAN love and grieve for fictional things and we should be cautious of it. On a way more minor scale, pretty much everyone has experienced something like binge watching a show and then feeling empty/restless/unsure what to do once they've finished it. It's the same kind of concept. When we invest in anything emotionally at all whether it's imagination or reality, it can hurt us. Life is messy and complicated like that.

    Maybe he had a slip into the parallel universe. Quantum immortality is an interesting thing. Multiverse is also very interesting a mixture of these could be a thing. He slipped into another him. For every yes you choose a universe of you choosing no sprouts, and this goes infinitely. So there could be one where he chose a different life he tapped into by accident and lived. Who knows how time works in parallel universes our conception of time is based on this universe if we were to pop into another one without adjusting for it a minute could be years there.
