Caught this episode this morning on PBS in Idaho. I love our PBS station. This was a lovely look into Vietnamese cuisine and some of the people behind it. Wish I could try some! Maybe I'll look up one of these restaurants next time I'm in SoCal.
Pho 79 is the best one #2 is 54 86 45 i been eating 79 since the 80s the little saigon one brookhurst and harzard thats were i grew up on Westminster and brookhurst. You got alot of Awards at that one.pho,bun bo hue,banh xeo,and so on.

No little saigon pho in garden grove and westmister were the best pho in the u.s. is
