I agree. They’re very generous with upgrades if you have status, but even if I hadn’t been upgraded, the overall service was perfect. I also love how easy it was to get to downtown, only 15 mins on the train. Thank you for watching!

@@ftuniversity I came in as an Explorist and I got breakfast and club access added to my 2 twin bed room. Hotels typically don’t have suites with two twin beds so I’m pretty sure that’s the best they could do for me.
