I wish more people who are not globalists would make videos. Your video was informative but I am not a globalist so all the freebies that they give do not apply to me.

It is not big, but it has nice features inside the room like the wall of the tv and behind the bed.

Not just a great airport hotel but a great hotel overall maybe one of the best.

I clicked on this cause I like the CVR. I haven't looked at your other vids but maybe you could invest in a Gimbal to stabilize your camera. So many sudden moves and twists. And just a tip make every visual interesting, don't just keep showing us the balcony for 5 min while you talk while jerking cam back and forth. If you have no more shots, go slow motion left to right, and voice over your commentary.

Taking the bus out front to Notting Hill tube station will take you directly to Paddington on Circle Line.

I stayed here in late September on holiday with my mom. I enjoyed it. Tube station is close enough but taking the bus out front was so convenient.

My late husband and I went in to this hotel (dropped off by cabbie) and went in to inquire about the costs. This was in 2002 and they said (with a snotty attitude) it was 500 Euros a night. I didn't want to pay that much and so declined and when we turned around they had already taken our luggage to the back. We had a very hard time getting it back and when we went to leave the doorman put his hand on my back and shoved me out the door like I was trash. I could afford the $500 Euros but just didn't want to pay that much for a room I would spend very little time in. So horribly rude! The next hotel we went to said their rooms were $170 Euros a night and when I said fine they said "We don't have any rooms."! I always said everything on our European trip that I planned was wonderful. Everything I didn't plan (like rooms in Paris) were not wonderful. But the rudeness was absolutely horrible.

Just to clarify, if you are leaving San Francisco and want to get to Carmel you must head South as Carmel is about an hour south of San Francisco.

how did you not show the roof top

I have stayed there, it was a huge dissapointment! The room was dated, carpet seemed old, I got several calls about staff needing to come in, something about painting, I denied their request and they came in anyway. Bad experience all around.

I stayed there back in 1990 when it was the Viscount Hotel. It is a lot better now than back then.

The Beverley Hilton is an eyesore. What a horrible, bland collection of buildings. It should be demolished and rebuilt.

Wild, 'Nerds on the Go' did a review of the Lenai Suite earlier this year and while not having much of a view the interior of the room looks 1000x better than Oceanview Suite...and that bed, yikes. Glad you had credits you were able to apply. Appreciate your videos, ended up passing up on the Waldorf BH after seeing an earlier walkthrough you did.

hefty resort fees

Thanks for the review, well done. I'll be staying here again for the first time since 2017 in a few weeks. Unfortunately this room is not what most people get. It's in the updated executive tower and much more expensive. Don't blame you for taking it though either. Better view and more space. Resort fees BTW are 100% scam and basically bait & switch on your nightly rate. I'll probably try to contest it, but I booked with Hotwire and paid $118 a night for classic room in the grand tower. Doubt I will get much sympathy on the fee. However if there is no fridge or microwave, I'm going to have a great case to not pay it.

We very much enjoyed our stay here when we visited with my elderly aunt and my young children 5 years ago. We hope to go back next year - the evening food is excellent as well and there is a lovely sitting area and balcony on the top floor

Oh my goodness!!!! I stayed in room 505 a few times late 80's!!! It was $375 for me then but actually $425. I stayed mostly in 1 story rooms next to it from 1984-1995!! So goood to see it again. Thank you! My son was 2 1/2 last we were there and that was the first pool he swam in. So many great memories. Planning to go there this yr after 28 yrs!!
