I think a lot of people just watch their own replay (if at all) and just sorta gloss over a lot of things. This method will help you focus on specific things that you might not have known you were messing up that much.
this! Most people look for the highlights of their replays and ignore what they did wrong, or try to put the blame on their teammates. If someone really wants to git gud, they have to take a critical eye and evaluate what did i do wrong, and what can i do better.

Hey man I play on Switch and I’m c2 and really want to get better but the thing is I’m a dad of 2 and have a full time job so I don’t have just tons of time to practice the things I need to, so I was wondering how much is your coaching and maybe you could tell me certain things I could do to improve more quickly?
