Pro tip, with sisig, mix the raw egg while the plate is still hot to cook it. Glad you're introducing Pinoy food to Aussies. Ensaymada is really more like brioche in my opinion.Also, most street food are almost always paired w dipping sauce, mostly spicy vinegar (sinamak)
