- After exploring the Sigatoka Dunes National Park chef Ellard discovers that Rugby Teams can sing pretty well in Fiji and he finds a great place to eat. He-Ni-Uwa is a perfect place to find friendly owners who want to really give visitors a taste of authentic Fjian food.
Chef Ellard has the local Snapper Vakalolo cooked in coconut cream. He also has fried shrimp, plantains, and steamed taro. Eat with your fingers and eat the head if you want to do it the Fijian way!
