If you are hatching eggs in incubator you need to watch this video because I am talking about breaking the chicken hatching rules. I am sharing my story of helping a chick hatch out of the egg.
If you are hatching eggs at home you need to hear this story.
In all of the time I have been raising chickens, having backyard chickens, and been hatching eggs, I have been told to never help a chick hatch out of the egg.
The chick in this egg was clearly alive and unable to get out. Knowing that the chick would not survive without help, I decided to break the rules and help this little chick out.
