Bread machine pumpkin bread recipe
Put all ingredients into the machine the way your brand of breadmaker instructs you to. I am using a KBS bread machine.
I'm going to list the ingredients in the order I add them to my bread maker.
olive oil - just a tiny bit on the paddle post to prevent sticking
1/3 cup milk room temp
3/4 c pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 cups bread flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 ginger ground
1/4 tsp ground clove
2 tsp bread machine yeast
1/2 cup chopped pecans
I used setting #1 for soft bread, large loaf, medium crust color.

Beautifully done and nicely explained. I've seen so many videos where they start off with a dark item and then cover it all with the rub n buff. The whole antiquing feel was gone. But the way you advised to leave some of the dark really makes it look aged and much more beautiful. Thank you!
