    This apartment complex needs its own show They were on an episode of cops where the manager woman told the Maintenance workers to clean out some dude's apartment and it was the wrong apartment and the maintenance workers stole all the stuff . The manager said she never told them to clean out the apartment and they all got arrested

      I hate people that use kids as an excuse. I believe this guy. He acted completely appropriate under the situation. He has every right to give them an earful. These apartments are ruthless.

      ​@@brentfarvors192 bullshit, if Johnny cared only about the money you really think he'd have made that call? The office told that guy to leave, neither they nor dispatch told Johnny to drop it. He chose to in order to descalate the situation and move on. Had he not there's a fairly good chance that not only would the office have chosen to serve him with an eviction notice, but he could have been arrested. That isn't to say the office wasn't at fault, I don't know. What I do know is as angry as he was getting it wouldn't end well in the long run if Johnny hadn't stepped in to take control of the situation.

    When I was a Property Manager, I always had the people hanging the notices take a picture of the notice on the door showing the apartment/unit number. Never had a problem after that.

      A good practice, and to be sure, lots of people probably ignore or lie about getting the notices. But I do wonder if once in a while a bratty kid, or wind, or something might have removed the notice. In this day and age, some voice/text/email should be sent, I think. This might have been the rare case where he really never did see anything on his door.

    Luckily that one guy just happened to not be at work, so he was able to go to the office and deal with the situation.
    Then he was able to get his car dropped, so his display of unacceptable behavior was rewarded.

      I don't think so. Why would he ignore it, with a baby to feed? They either didn't leave it, or, more likely a jealous neighbor took it off the door...I believe him. Some people just cant stand for others to be happy...Especially these catty, trifling women out here!!!

      If the place was vacant the day before he moved in they wouldn't leave a note on the door. If he arrived late (even after 4 pm) they still wouldn't put one on his door in time.

      It's hard to say. Just because you warn somebody doesn't mean they'll listen. I work retail and have warned people about something and they'll ignore you only to be shocked and/or upset when they realized what you told them was true. It's possible those tenants figured they'd just move their cars when they felt like it or decided to procrastinate until the last minute.

      He has other videos of a similar situation for lot repaving where the property informed residents and even pasted notices on the cars many days in advance and still had a dozen cars to tow when the paving contractor arrived and had to wait for the tows before he could start work. One resident even admitted he was notified and “forgot”.

If it was indeed their mistake then he had a right to be upset, but going in all hot-headed and cussing out the staff isn't going to won't work in his favor.
      "Hey so I woke up today and saw my car being towed. There was no notice, email, any mention whatsoever that I received. It's possible my door was just missed being I'm a new tenant or something else happened, but can you please make an exception for my car? My wife's away at work and I'm trying to care for my child, this is the last thing I really need right now."

    Awesome job Johnny, guy acting like 💩 in front of the ladies and his own kid. He said he can see his door but he didn’t see the whole lot outside being worked on and wouldn’t check his car? Goes back to the entitlement some people think they deserve. Lady asked him nicely to stop cursing and he can’t control himself. Hope his wife is impressed now when people from the property see this and see what kind of husband and dad he is. Stay safe buddy and you handled it great. 👍

    Aside from the one guy, A 1 or 2 day notice is not enough. Office worker said they posted notices 2 days ago. They need to have a few bulk emails , then put up a sign in that area 2 weeks before work day.
