Ok Mister UA-camr, I wanna know what meaning the Rusted and beat up F-15 has for you, for me well
I grew up on Ace combat Zero, Hell I made a whole cosplay after what i had imagened Cipher's flight gear looked like, for the longest time i always was Galm 1 on the internet and other platforms. To me the Rusted, Beaten, and Abused F-15 of Cipher is a symbol for how no matter what, an Ace's Legacy lives forever, No matter how rusted and tarnished their Image, Their Memory lives on forever

My opinion is a bit more simple: Cipher is the player, and the player echoes what Cipher is, he is a reflection of the player and the player’s actions define him.
When you complete the game, he disappears, for he has completed his purpose, there is no more reason for him to exist, and this is not me being disrespectful, if he wasn’t a complete reflection of the player, then he’s probably out there still fighting more wars, but he had to shed his former shell to do so.
That, perhaps, may be my answer.

What if Yellow 13 was Cipher?
No he can't be cipher, but there is a speculation that a named belkan ace in ACZ could have been Yellow 13, Erich Klinsmann that used a SU-37 with Yellow squadron paint job
I like the idea, but it cant be, if I'm not wrong Klinsmann was the guy you battle over the ustio capitol, and he was there ever since the war ended, but yellow 13 was suspectedly shot down in 2005, the Balkan war took place in 1995. Edit, he's not the guy I thought, it's possible ti was klingsmann, but considering the documentary takes place on 2005, litteraly months of not weeks after the continental war y13 served in, it not likely... I'm sorry to be a mood kill, but it's sadly most likely not.
