This isn’t a DPS Build it’s a Full health power armor melee build, which focuses on health and AP endurance. You don’t need a super fast kill time, just a decent one, and why be a glass cannon just to die all the time? You can never die with this build (:
Appreciate the full heath builds. Everyone plays the game their way but having been a long time FO player the idea of running around near death all of the time just isn't my desire, it seems great and inline with what Bethesda has in mind for the game but just not inline with what I feel trying to enjoy the world. There may not be many of us out there playing full health with no addictions/mutations but imagining running around post apocalypse stealth and as healthy as I can be seems more viable... Thanks!
I found a build based around a Two Shot Auto Grenade Launcher to be far superior. You take no reflective damage and can run more carry weight cards from strength since explosive weapons don't benefit from heavy gunner perk cards. For boss, swap a few cards and run a flamer, chain saw, or auto axe. If you don't want to farm gear, you only need Funky Duds, Sizzling Style, and maybe Energy Absorption with one star Overeater Excavator + Medic Pump. You will not die and you might as well use the stim packs anyway, since you still never run out. The kill speed is far faster than melee build when it comes to clearing trash, even at West Tek you will be killing everything you see in one or two second. Power Armor repair is moot since they break like once a week. When it comes to ammo, get an ammo convertor and feed it all the trash and railway spikes you make with steel for unlimited flamer and explosive ammo. Personally, I run full weapon weight reduction excavator with 50 fire resist and 25 poison resist. Silo is a cake walk with Holy Fire + ricochet. As far as any type of repair goes. If you just kill queen when the event pops up, you won't run out of improved repair kit. For flying targets or when you are lazy, you can even use VATS and let your 40mm home in on targets. The aim down sight glitch can also greatly increase your burst dps to minimize incoming damage from tougher enemies.
I like the off-meta approach of this build, the community at large seems to be obsessed with bloodied/“meta” playstyles and build selection when there’s tons of perks/weapons/armor sets that are underused and just as viable
I have a few i plan to upload! There is alot of Meta in this game you are right and so many builds that make things just that much different! it's truly up to you how you want to run these as well!
@@junito2899 haha! Sorry for my bad phrasing! No! Bloodied is perfect outside of power armor!
