Hey man I got an 05 accord and the exhaust broke where the muffler meets the resonator. I have no clue what to buy to fix it. Would I just get a couple with a u bolt like you had? I can't find anything online.
If you have enough pipe on either side of the break something like this might work:www.autozone.com/emission-control-and-exhaust/exhaust-clamp/p/surebilt-stainless-steel-2-1-2in-flat-band-clamp-95212/260503_0_0?cmpid=LIA:US:EN:AD:NL:1000000:EXH:19488533483&&CATARGETID=120054150001289179&CADevice=c&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw5v2wBhBrEiwAXDDoJeXJJ85z3-VXgXWVwO74ZktNZoZCjMuIf5RhfcWHk2qchFuH1UP2NxoCFlAQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
7:30 Oh wow, OK now I see why there are springs on these pipes. It makes sense they want constant compression on that gasket.
I had a few 96 Accords awhile back. That car ate thru a billion flex pipes over the years.
This was the original.. Lasted 28 years.. Although it's been held together for the last 4 with patches..
I do remember the patch video plus year later review. Good job
Thank you for this video I need to replace the whole exhaust system and your video really helps man appreciate it 👍
Glad to have helped.. Good luck with yours..
Great job! You do amazing work! 👍
Is this the wagon? I need to know how the exhaust goes to the muffler over the contor arm or under ?
Not wagon.. 95 Accord LX.. 4 door sedan..
