Love idea of filling soil while plant still in container and then remove plant from pot- genius!
To be fair, it wasn't my idea, but I got it from someone else. You're right - genius!
Cute to add the forget me nots🌸
I'm looking forward to them!
I plan on planting some in containers this year. Thanks for sharing 😊
I have some dwarf Alberta Spruces in my front containers and they survived the winter!
That's great! I have one in a container, just planted this past week, and I'm hoping it will do as well as yours.
@@HarmonyHillsHomeandGarden Yes! Let's hope so!
When I get my patio done lord willing I will be planting some scrubs ( in planters).👏👏
Sounds great!
good video,very helpful
Glad it was helpful!
I just planted a couple green velvet boxwoods as well into containers for winter interest. They are so pretty!! Im going to keep mine around 2 feet as they are around a climbing rose in a half wine barrel. Fingers crossed...they are my first boxwoods :-)I think I'll pick out a couple more!! Hope yours are doing well!!
So far so good! though the pink forget me nots that I put around them are too big now and need to be moved out. Good luck with yours! I'm new to boxwoods too... hope we both have success!
Where to buy green velvet boxwood
Great info to plant in container Thanks
I think I got mine at Lowes.
Do you use miracle grow?
I used to use it all the time. Nowadays, I try to use organic products as much as possible, though as you saw, sometimes I end up with a synthetic fertilizer product.
Love your pot fountain. Do you happen to know the brand name?
I'm sorry, no, I don't. I purchased it at a local garden center a few years ago.
