Wow was not expecting 7000 pounds
How much payload would be left after a hotshot bed and aux tank?
Definitely over 5000lbs but no one would hotshot with a gas engine
Would be a pain to get fuel
@@cameronyoung6402 and you’d need gas more often too since you’ll get half the MPG. And you’ll get to your destination more slowly too since a diesel can maintain speed limit easily.
That shifted around 3750 at wide open throttle 😮 you sure it’s not a diesel!
Why do you state you don't need the engine block heater on a gas engine - especially in the mountains in UT and over here in CO?
I like gas😂……..Trucks!!
7 mpg empty! Did I read that right?
Lol. 😂 taking a cab a chasis for a spin is always a horrible idea lmao
Is it true that the single rear wheel f350 has 430hp and the f350 dual rear wheel is less horse power, that they tune them down?
I'm seeing that it depends on the engine and only difference between the 2 are payload, towing, ability, and weight from a beefed up suspension and gearing. Horsepower is the same between the 2 and even the 250's can have the same HP if they have the same engine.
Why would you buy a gas truck like that? I guess it’s much cheaper
Could be a dump truck
If you're only hauling and not towing it's plenty of power. Even towing "light" loads of say 5-10k lbs a gas truck like that will do pretty well.
@@EngineeringGoneWrongit will probably do good with 17000 pounds
Helps to avoid the emissions bs also
Why are all of ford trucks such a mess under the hoods theres stuff going everywhere
It's not just Fords. It's all vehicle manufacturers
@@Reshard834 fords worst out of the big 3. U open the hood on a ram or chevy it's not that bad
