- Lots of you have been asking for non-alcoholic cocktail recipes, so here's a version of a tropical classic - the fruity, creamy Piña Colada. Becky Sheeran - AKA UA-camr Talk Becky Talk - will show you how to make a brilliant 'virgin' or 'mocktail' version of this pineapple and coconut-based sipper with loads of flavour but no alcohol. +he i easy. take a Highball glass. just use 3 barspoons or teaspoons of demerara sugar, which you stir together with 20 ml of lime Juice (or just make a simple syrup with the demerara sugar, that makes it a lot easier). Add about 10 mint leaves and gently muddle a few times, then add crushed ice (or regular ice if you don't have it or don't want to make it) and stir it all together. top that up with some chilled soda water and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
I love that it looks like a dessert in a glass. This drink is so versatile.

I'd really like to see more non - alcoholic drinks here since I often struggle to come up with something that I could make for myself when others are drinking alcohol (and also I feel like quite many of the people watching might still be underage). So thanks a lot for this one, I'm really hoping to see more as well!!

Piña coladas aren't from Hawaii they're actually from the Caribbean specifically Puerto Rico

just add rum and it's the alcoholic version. in my country we also use condensed milk and it makes it even more delicious.

My pina colada is sour...any reason why? too much coconut milk? Similar ingredients, only difference is no ice..scared to blend ice in my Nutribullet

People asking for non-alcoholic cocktails.... just skip the alcohol! And if you like the taste of such alcoholic drinks, you can buy rum or any other aromes. It's that easy.
I love zombie cocktail, but at home I usually make it with rum aroma... still tastes the same.

How would you replace the sugar syrup and alcohol in a virgin mojito, suited for people with diabetes and can't have sugary drinks...

If you don't have fresh pineapple just use 50 ml of coconut milk, 150 ml of pineapple juice, 50 ml of whole milk, and 50 ml of cream (less that double cream). Add 30 ml is syrop
Shake it in shaker with a few cubs of ice inside.
Fill you glass with ice and pour cocktail

once i I was making piña coladas with my friend, but we ran out of some ingredient (and we were slightly drunk) so we started making em with half liquor and half the other things, we drank like 1 1/2 bottle of rum each, I did not end well
