I worked at a retail outlet clothing store with the small staff mostly consisting of attractive women of various ages, styles, and walks of life, everyone was pretty close. One shift they were grouped together talking in a sad energy way, so I checked in on them. I honestly don't recall the specifics, but a number of them weren't "feeling pretty" maybe a break up, or a break out, or water weight or bad hair cut or all of the above. But I wasn't gonna let them down on themselves, because they were all beautiful. Not just attractive, but beautiful (I define beauty as requiring inner beauty, not just outward appearance) I gave each of them a quick little group, but individual hype talk about how amazing each of them are, and ended it with "you are ALL SO PRETTY, everyone here is pretty..." (And I don't exactly know why I said this, I guess I was kinda depressed before walking over and I'm effected by others energy so it just so it sorta slipped out) "except for me." And without skipping a beat at least three of them assured me I was pretty. I'm a cis male pretty much, I don't care what people call me and I barely identify as human, it wasn't like a pronoun thing, but it really made me feel good, and appreciate being included in the collective, and I am kinda pretty for a male. I like being a pretty boy. I feel weird saying this though... Regardless it was a really wholesome moment for me, and those women helped me more accept and like ME, and saw me for me... I'm rambling, but this original comment is exactly how I felt and it reminded me of that moment. That was a sign to me I'm supposed to be here.

I've been doing this half of my life. Train your own brain. Train the way you think. Take responsibility of your thoughts and improve them. Don't just live your life, thinking randomly. It's fun for a short while, but in the long run, it ruins your life. There is not a single thing so bad, that you can not make it worse in your own head. So, take action and think differently. Make yourself think differently, find better ways. Don't just let your thoughts run wild and do their worse. Work on them, every day, and in the very long run, the way your brain works, will change for the better. It is slow process and takes years. It should take a lifetime. The more you focus on this, the better your life is, in your own head, which your most important place.

Find that positive way to think about it. instead of just letting your brain fall into that negative ending thought, because that is where it wants to go, if you just let it run free. Apply this to every situation, where you recognize that you are thinking in a negative way. Force yourself to find that positive approach, before you put the final dot for that current thought.
Anyone reading this if you walk with gratitude your life will do a 360 and blessings will continue to happen. If you feel as though you have no reason to be grateful then realize you need wifi or service to watch this video, not everyone has that so start there. Be grateful for everything.
To play devil's advocate, I've never found being grateful to help. And I wondered why. Because we're only grateful if we believe we don't deserve something. So we should appreciate things instead. A subtle difference, but a powerful one.

You don’t have to tell anyone you think this way, and who is it hurting if you silently try it? You’ll never know if you don’t try it. We are the Universe experiencing itself subjectively. If we are reality, why WOULDN’T we be able to decide what can or can’t happen? In my experience, we have alot more control over things than we’ve been led to believe.
New here, and generally agree, minus the part about plan for the best, expect the worst. I think it is meant to manage expectations. If you expect things to go your way and they don't, you will experience disappointment, which can spiral into self-doubt. The lesson, in my mind at least is, try a bunch of different things that nourish the soul as psychological imprint. If things work out, then express gratitude, and build up from what takes hold. You can't know if you don't try, and even if you don't succeed in one respect, the attempt is valuable for the maintenance of your well-being.
Shifting your mindset is transformative-gratitude and expecting the best are key. Money itself is neutral; it's the purpose and intention behind it that shape how we use it. 🌟

I was raised difficulties & poor environments were blamed and seen alot negativity. I was introduced to some success later but it was mostly control in the family. Its very hard to break patterns of belief that were instilled at a young age. Dream boards i want to try but lack confidence that i desserve it. Im trusting & positive but its hard to dream when reality isnt reflecting the hopes, dreams. So how to get out of survival is one area im trying to understand.When theres no support or way its hard to create. I will keep my mind open to learning. Blessings!!!
