my grandma has alot of dogs, and she let me have one of her puppies, but i only can take care of him for a week, and then i have to put him back at my grandmas house, i miss not being able too take care of him :(

I stopped using it for a couple of weeks due to an illness I got, and did not gain back even 1 pound of weight. I have now begun use again, and it’s working great. I swear the instant the puppy dog realizes “it’s my hoo-man daddy!” And starts furiously and delightedly wagging his tail and behind and trying to get as close to Da Da as possible -it’s just infectious! I started smiling and feeling absolutely delighted and happy myself just because I was so happy for this little doggie and his human! You can tell he is a loved pupper dog who,loves his human unconditionally in return. The videos you sometimes see where people barely react to being reunited with their pet always bother me, and make me wonder if the pet left for not getting enough love to start with -this thankfully is the exact opposite and just overflowing with love and happiness! Congrats on making it back home as well, and may you and your pupper dawg have many many years together in happiness and love as we witnessed here. Thanks for sharing - truly heartwarming!

Fake1 Fake11 it's ok. We miss her a lot but she had a good life. Our second dog was too depressed so we adopted another one. They're happy now. There's so many dogs that need love and a family. You should adopt another one asap and shower him/her with love. Trust me, you're gonna feel much better.

It's beautiful. My husband spent a year away and when he first came home his dog barked at him as he came towards the house. It upset him, he thought she had forgotten him. He just forgot that dog's sense of smell is 1000 times greater than any other sense they have and when she smelled him she went so crazy it was just a joy
1000 is an understatement :) (estimates put a dogs sense of smell at up to 100 ,000 times more sensitive than a humans depending on the breed of dog) their hearing is also far better than ours, their eyesight is generally quite bad compared to a human

Edit: Since a few people don't have the basic common sense to comprehend hyperbole or metaphor I will clarify. It's estimated by researchers that normally most humans assimilate around 70% of our information by vision. Dogs do roughly the same thing with scent.
It's their strongest sense.
Mostly with their noses, but when my dog first met my mother, he was there with me standing outside of my parents' truck. When he heard her voice, he got very happily excited and wanted to get to her.
He is a big dog and knows to be careful around me because I am disabled and unsteady on my feet. He displayed that same caution for her during their visit. He doesn't do that for anyone else, and he was never quite that happy to meet anybody else new. "Mama, could it be? 'Nuther mama? Happy Day!" Then sight and sniff. "Oh, okay. I see. I still have special respect, though. When she tells me something, I really want to mind it."
When I was home, my mom always identified herself right away when a boy or a friend called. We sound just alike.
Andi Amador that’s very sweet:) dogs really do “see” with their ears and noses! My dog is a rescue that gets verrrry excited to meet new people and will want to jump all over them and lick them to death lol. One time one of our neighbors had a relative over who was a little boy with Down syndrome, and my dog acted so gentle and completely different than he usually does. He was obviously happy to meet a new person, but more gentle and tempered. I swear dogs can sense when they need to be gentle or not.
