- Rockshaft on JD 2030 stopped working. Spring in the Rockshaft control linkage had come free. We disassembled, reconnected the spring, and reassembled. Saved $1000 repair bill at the local dealer!

How did the spring fall off?
On a JD 710 will the 3 points hitch raise on idle or you have to raise the rpm around 1400? Thank you

i have a 3032e. there is a lag when I move the lift control arm before the lift arms engage. the indicator gets to about 4 before movement. Trying to figure out how to adjust the hydraulics to the lift arms move when the control arms is moved.
Did you ever find out what it was. My 3032e is doing the same.
@@bs111222 Unfortunately, No. I talked with the service tech at the JD dealership and was advised to reposition the connecting arm as far forward as possible when reassembling. I did this with the lever completely forward, centered and all the way back. The results was always the same... lag between the time I move the control lever and movement of the lift arms. The estimate I got from the dealership was to vague so I live with the annoyance.

Mine raises up and down until u hook up something to it then it won't move.
