Noooooo keep playing. Rather than take up golf get the frontal lobe removed. It’s cheaper than golf and that’s handy as you will have no concept of how to play golf but there will always be a party in your head.
@@groovelife415 yer but saying you have just spent 15 years trying to not hit a small ball into a lake isn't gonna get the ladies frantic is it? I have yet to try and impress a woman with golf talk (I don't really as I fully understand I an in no way impressive)... Hey babe, you should have seen my birdie or bogey or whatever... Everyone lost their shit and went mental, all 3 of us. My handycap, I'm sure this is an oldie but goodie, is obviously my severe mental incapacity to understand why, mostly men, choose to dress like tits and talk shop while chasing a ball around a huge green area that YOU CANNOT GO ON UNLESS YOU PAY £15,000 a year or whatever nonsense... Then they want to talk all about the last 2000 hours spent trying to find a ball that's stuck in a tree (that's if its a really exciting game obviously). I am NOT saying golf is a stupid game played by utter pricks mostly, the driving range is fun for half an hour incidentally if your not a prick. What I think I'm trying to say here is... BUMBLE WUMBLE WINGY WONGY! As that to me makes more sense than spending thousands on a metal stick to help you more in hitting the lake I mentioned... Men can then spend the rest of the day talking about their new stick / fishing rod to the same people they used the stick on to win a $10 bet or whatever other reason their is in life to "do golf". This pretty much. I would say that Lagrima is more of an intermediate/experienced beginner piece than full beginner. A better beginner piece would be something like Greensleeves or the A section of Spanish Romance.
Lágrima is such a wondrous piece! it’s my dad’s favorite guitar piece from when he used to play, and he was a very big reason as to why i play classical guitar :) Lágrima in it’s most simple form is a beginner piece, it was one of the first ones that i learned! but to play it dynamically, emotionally and to implement your own style into it gives the piece SUCH a big skill curve. great video btw ♡♡
Well.. i play classical guitar also and i don't think it works like that 😊 Its True - the 3rd piece is technically harder and more (technically) advanced, but.. to illustrate the 3 levels of classical guitar youll have to play *the first piece* (lagrima) in all 3 levels. Lagrima holds more place for expression as its (technically) easier to play.. The 'advanced' piece you showed is much more 'mechanic' and fast and therefore might sound more professional for the simple listener just because of it.
As others have mentioned, if you’ve played guitar for a while and studied, you can hear an incredibly advanced player play something simple but with such perfection that to play that song like THAT would be well into the advanced category. And playing tarrega like sh*t like when I was a kid does not sound impressive. Took me forever to learn that quality was where the magic is. When I practice, I push my abilities with difficult pieces, but when I rehearse songs that I feel comfortable playing in crowds etc, they are much easier.
It's a Jose Maria Viliplana, and here's a video I made about it if you would like to know more. ua-cam.com/video/lGxCeR61daE/v-deo.htmlsi=1JaUdM6jJEjCdcM4
Gran vals by Tárrega is a nice intermediate level piece. When you get frustrated with that, try La Paloma, which is a very nice traditional piece, not hard to get right.
If it's just about playing the notes, then you could say it's a simple piece, but as always with the classical guitar, it's about the sound and I wouldn't say it's a simple piece anymore, you need a lot more skill to make this piece sound good.

Correct title: pieces for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, all played with the proficiency of an advanced player
also putting scarlatti in intermediate seems like a war crime to me.
Exactly. I’m like why is a beginner adding vibrato, plus sound quality tf?
@@lingyuanyan1722it doesn’t take a genius to wiggle your finger
@@AndrewF321 but it takes practice to do it well.
@@lingyuanyan1722 I mean he didn't play lagrima that good, it was decent. I'd say "beginner" is appropriate
Doesn't matter if you'll never be that good, playing is it's own reward.
Not if I can't even play a piece from start to finish without any major mistake😢
Well, it took me 15 years just to be a beginner. Maybe I should take up golf.
And It took me 2 years to be intermediate lol, just keep grinding
Noooooo keep playing. Rather than take up golf get the frontal lobe removed. It’s cheaper than golf and that’s handy as you will have no concept of how to play golf but there will always be a party in your head.
Do both! But don't give up the guitar. At the very least, you will learn fun music early on (once your finger pads toughen up!).
Golf will take you just as long to get decent.

Yes, lagrima is a grade 6 classical piece.
Lagrima no es para principiantes.
it is grade 6 for ameb (if you are in australia)
It's not very hard at all.

But but but it's slow, all slow pieces must be easy /s

I just realised after 6 years I'm on beginner's level of a beginner
Lagrima is not advanced but definitely not beginner...
Друзья, кто спрашивсет названия:
1- lagrima f tarrega
2 - k322 d scarlatti
3 - vila lobos - etude 7, автор поправил
Love u bud, thankyou
Nice job but I think Scarlatti harpsichord transcriptions are hard than Villa Lobos etudes
Yeah, it depends on which etude and Scarlatti
When youve been playing for 2 years and still a beginne
I think you should’ve played lagrima as a beginner, then intermediate, then advanced.
Gotta zoom out so we can see the whole neck
Bravo!! but is there a pre-pre beginner level maybe :-)

why did he simultaneously play all the pieces i am currently playing? Does this mean i'm beginner, intermediate, and advanced?
Woah. I’d say you can still be advanced and play easier pieces
No2, I LOVE SCARLATTI
Me too. It's great on guitar.

Where would you put Bach's chaccone?
The Bach Chaconne is definitely advanced! It’s one of the best pieces ever composed and takes a high level of musical maturity to be played well.
I auditioned with Lagrima, Bouree, and Carcassi’s Study in A. Any suggestions on where to go from there?

Try some of Torroba’s Castles of Spain. They aren’t long but there is so much variety, dynamics, rich harmonies….
Okay but that was only an intermediate level performance of Villa Lobos etude 7. 😆😆😆
is tarantella by jk mertz hard cuz when i play it my right hand explodes
Names?
What about sevilla?
I would also say Sevilla is advanced especially if you want to play it well.
Whats the intermediate's name?
The 3 of them are Cody, he's just playing different songs. Hope this helped!
