    ➤ How do Theta Waves work?
    Theta brain waves are the brain state of REM sleep (dreams), hypnosis, lucid dreaming, and the barely conscious state just before sleeping and just after waking. Theta is the border between the conscious and the subconscious world and, by learning to use a conscious, waking Theta brain wave, we can access and influence the powerful subconscious part of ourselves that is normally inaccessible to our waking minds. While in the Theta state, the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, and growth - it is the brainwave where our minds can connect to the Divine and manifest changes in the material world.

    ➤ How does EMDR work?
    The individual is processing the trauma with both hemispheres of the brain stimulated. The chosen positive belief is then installed, via bilateral movement, to replace the negative one. It's essential to listen to your body and mind's responses and adjust accordingly. Longer sessions can provide more profound benefits, but even short periods can offer significant relaxation and healing effects.

    - i hope you don’t mind if i ask you a question ? - in your “description”, you talk a lot about the benefits of “Theta” waves; however, twice you say that this video sctually uses “Delta” waves - ? - am i misunderstanding something - ?? - thanks -. :)

    Forgive my skepticism, I'm the type that asks lots of questions and likes to be on the positive side of things before trying something out. Especially when it has to do with the mind. So, I would like to know, Is this actually proven?

      I have done this for years and absolutely has been worth it. There are different HRZ for different things, I meditate along with it. 67 and never had high blood pressure or on any meds of any kind. It's just so relaxing and peaceful.

      It has been proven that frequencies influence our body in certain ways, like the purring sound of the cats which they do at a certain frequency helps us heal our muscles and tendons faster. You can give it a try yourself and see if you feel more relaxed or not, just make sure to be patient. Also, don’t apologize for being curious and skeptic, specially on a world where everyone promises a lot but doesn’t give anything at the end, it’s a good thing that you don’t immediately trust everything shown in your sight.

      To your question I would say:
      Play this music, close your eyes, and just feel into yourself while relaxing tension in your head and between the eyes. If this does anything for you, then you have your answer. If it doesn't,then move on

    Peace & Love! This frequency really works , I started to hear binaurals in 2017 to end my profesional studies in 2021 , actually stay research healing sounds to keep calm , avoid hypertension, develop mind control when driving, keep my weight, maintenance energy all day and understand myself. Enjoy this life like a way no like a goal !
