Just what I was looking for. Good job. I would think with your lighting being under a overhang you wouldn’t need to add a sealant but couldn’t hurt. And I agree about the stucco, no one will notice but you. By the way do you know what brand and type of paint was used. Thanks
Sherwin Williams outdoor latex. You wouldn't think it would need sealant, but you saw how, even with the caulk in place, there obviously was still water getting in as there was dirt (and possibly mildew) beneath the baseplate.
HEY MARK. YA, ! If you tried to scrap all that caulking off it would of been a big mess you did the right thing by just painting it But I Have to give you a thumbs 👍 up for doing a great job

I got enough off that I wasn't scraping off the stucco. Hard to even tell now. It's looking good!
