Hey guys, there are actually 4 variation of push ups and not 5 as mentioned in the video, my mistake lol Let me know how you find this as I was totally finished by the end of it as you can see hah :))
Lots of others have done this. In the end the results are minimal and the not having rest days are always an issue. You will become Physically and mentally stronger/confident on your push ups though.
Exactly . Push ups will not make you abs and will not decrease body fat . Only less calories , good sleep and cardio combined with gym will make you abs and a nice body
@@sshroot5565 your push up routine can be apart of those daily burned calories and it builds and tones chest n arms so it absolutely does contribute to body fat loss

Lets say someone naturally just burned 2000 cals a day and did nothing and then incorporated this which burned 100 calories. Technically they would eventually lose weight over time if they remained same diet.

I didn't manage 10 per regular press up set, only 8. But I'll be adding this to my weekly workouts and hopefully after 4 weeks I'll have it under my belt! Thanks!

Great man, but i do believe when you are doing 200 reps per day a lot of calories burnt. Thats what happened to myself. We might need enough protein and carbs to maintain the muscle and help it growth. So sorry if my English is bad. Just want to share some opininion.
But the thing is if you completed it properly in first day, you can't cmplete it on second day.. your chest will feel so tight.. it's better to do it on alternative days 👍🏼💪🏻

If you need to increase muscles you should allow at least 24 to 48 hrs of recovery or rest period to muscle or else it will only increase strength so better do this 3x a week and it's super coll

It is absolutely useful and interesting, but it is bit too fast, 10 reps don't happen especially after some time in the allotted time and the break time feels less especially after doing some sets. Maybe consider having slower or fewer reps for maximum benefit to all audience. ✌🏻
