If true, it's a shame that they were so narrow-minded. I found Cyborg's character arc to be the most relatable and human, which has always been a great juxtaposition with that character being part robot.
Its okay if people dont like his visual storytelling and deconstruction of heroes but as humble as this guy is he deserves all the respect and admiration. Yes i am not fond of all his films but he's great at visual storytelling. I respect his vision. Thank you Zack🙏
It's fucking hilarious that people hates Zack for having deconstructed Superman while the MCU has done the very same shit with Spider-Man and turned him into an Iron-Man's side character. Snyder's Superman actually grows and has a much more consistent character arc (becoming Superman) while MCU Spider-Man is doing the same thing but worse and he's incredibly inconsistent to the point you realize that his whole character arc was just used as marketing ploy in order to further Iron-Man's progression and nothing else, he's just as bad as freaking CW The Flash.
my mom was a casual movie watcher, she usually sleep halfway through a normal 2+ hour movie as an elderly/old age would get sleepier no matter how exciting/boring the movie is, but when we watched the snydercut together she actually finish it in one go, yes a 4 hours movies without a break. Shows that even a normal/casual/non-fan movie watcher like her enjoys this film , she even asked if theres a sequel to this movie. so glad i didnt show her the theatrical cut #restorethesnyderverse

WB got panicked after BvS critical reception. They changed the course too drastic & too fast, as seen from Suicide Squad. Meanwhile, Zack already had a plan & it was always going to be moving towards more positive atmosphere & lighter tone compared to MoS & BvS. WB lost the confidence of their own DC movies, then tried to tail MCU to get that MCU money. Snyder who didn't want his vision & plan ruined as well as after experiencing her daughter's passing, felt that the stress was too much for him & so he parted ways with WB.

I love how much time was spent on storyboarding. Personally, I think storyboarding is the most important/anticipated part of pre-production. People always look forward to getting to the script, but I could never wait to do the storyboards, and most people chose to rush over the storyboards because it was a long process and didn’t seem important when you actually get to shooting the footage (free will) but I saw it as the thing I always relayed back in the most. It shows the final product of your film before you even start it.
There’s a reason why everybody who works with Zack says they would lay down in traffic for him. He’s great. I’m not sure I’ve heard any crew member or actor saying something bad about working with him.

I know Endgame has sold billion dollar, however, masterpiece not only measured from the numbers. Masterpiece comes from how deep it goes and how far it affected the world. Example: the Godfather 1&2, The Beatles : Revolver album, Iphone 5 etc. In terms of Zack Snyder, his 3 movies of DCEU were masterpiece.

I don’t think no one will ever under and how actors are so important in the movie. The directors are great but for the actors to have this much imagination is unreal. The people that do the edits are so gifted it’s so amazing
Watching these behind-the-scenes, I gain a richer experience but more importantly, appreciation of the role the director has in the production of a movie. You really see how the actors are there to play out the director's vision. Whether the movie is a success really does lay on the strength (and weaknesses) of a directory effort.

People berate visual storytelling, I believe, that is what film is all about, ain't it? The visual representation of the plot points and underlying themes is what cinema is all about.

I don’t think no one will ever under and how actors are so important in the movie. The directors are great but for the actors to have this much imagination is unreal. The people that do the edits are so gifted it’s so amazing

Watching these behind-the-scenes, I gain a richer experience but more importantly, appreciation of the role the director has in the production of a movie. You really see how the actors are there to play out the director's vision. Whether the movie is a success really does lay on the strength (and weaknesses) of a directory effort.

I always felt Zack was so gifted at delivering a visuals and now I get why. He's an artist first. I remembering being so captivated by the look of 300 and Watchmen. JL had some many money shots that look as though they were taken straight out of the comic. I need to see his complete vision realized! JL was just beginning.. #RestoreTheSnyderVerse

Gosh, every time I see Ray smile now I always think back to that ATM scene with Cyborg and tear up a bit, he has such an endearing smile, and to see it on Cyborg's face in that little moment of happiness was really beautiful...

Even in the face of every tragedy that has hit him, he remains this pure hearted person, and that's why Zack Snyder will always be remembered as one of the greats. The Snyder Cut is so much better than Endgame.
It just breaks my heart every time I think of the fact that WBD didn’t even bother to at least conclude Zack’s vision. Him, Henry and the rest of the actors all deserve respect! I get that every saga must continue, but this need to have a concluding movie, if not for the fans and the people behind the scenes who fought hard for his vision. 😢
