Turn off heaters periodically, 1 in phase 1, 2 in phase 2 2. In phase 2 after losing 25% HP he nukes the entire map, if any of the heaters are turned off he instantly recasts this skill. 3. Hit like a goddamn truck lmao Dude does 3000 damage per hit on the fuckin farm stage

Took me dozens of tries before changing my approach by stalling him near the top side. Avoided him from clearing 3 of my furnace down to just 2 (mid and top right). The mid can be re-ignited with a sniper that aims it. Shoutout to Mlynar as well since he makes it easier.
It feels like when Harold is the bad boss he is OP Caster and has similar kit as Gnosis and Santalla but when he's a welfare operator he humble himself and became a good Guy Medic. I'm just hoping they made him Incantation Medic instead and have a talent of cold and freeze mechanics that way he is not far from his boss kit.
The first clip made me go "Who's this I thought I'm supposed to watch Silvergun.." I thought that you don't build your 6* since you're a lower rarity player.. Also, wtf is that snowball damage

Played through all of it in about a week, really enjoyable. Favorite fight was fires of raven ending with a slow ass spider mech. Boss zipping around me while I struggle to keep up. I have a half finished Manual aim only run I should go back to some time.

This boss encapsulate the issue with Arknight's communitys complaint anyway. Boss too weak and/or too simple? Complaints, whine that Mlynar and the rest of the god tiers unit trivialize the game. Boss has actual insane dmg input and/or specific mechanic that prevent unga bunga strat? Stall fest to be able to kill him anyway. For me, it is is the illusion of free choice except here it is the illusion of "strategic depth" when people whine about this. A clear with no broken units can follow the same old strategy idea and a clear with broken units can still have a lot of micromanagements and thought behind their uses despite them making things way easier. In the end, it comes to optimisation and decisions for me. All of that to sake that hentai artist truly is the work of god and I love watching you use her.
Different people like diffrent things is all. For example I don't see anything wrong with stalling a boss and properly using the event mechanics to fight him. For the record I quite like this boss, though I think the rest of the event is crappy (turn on heaters, AFK next to them, GG)
Well they certainly have to buff the bosses to compensate for the OP operators. Bosses are getting powercrept too. I wonder how bad his EX version is gonna be
@@DrSilvergun but eben charge atack is also multi hit. With smaller windup , and game can cut 3/4 of attack charges just because it has instant react ,yes???? If not it's kinda broken ) Boss as good stun/freeze/silence/ levitate immune ( If no we can try kill him under status . (I hope priority higher to status then boss skills)
Blemichi made a video showing how Horn's artillery nuke can actually clip through his entire second phase healthbar lol. To answer the question though, I mean sure give it a try, but I don't think it would work
Playing with a less than 1 year old account without burst skill still was pain, I really want to like the boss but for farmable map I still feels like he either hit way too hard and /or turn off heater way too fast and with the massive extra stats on Level 1 he better have a long march before blue box on EX like Eblana also hit very hard but there was the mud to reduce her attack speed to make it more manageble
I cleared the normal stages and some challenges with a 2 week account, meteor e2 20 and borrowed e2 mynar. Nightingale e1 33 made it feasible with rhe s2 shields.
Watching this before the best Guard comes into the game. Wow Gnosis 2.0 looks annoying. Was gonna test the usual Horn x Typhon artillery fire farming, but might have to take the freezing mechanic seriously.
I am honestly sick and tired of bosses that just nukes the whole board. Seriously, this is the ONLY way they know how to up the difficulty. Not only do they nuke the board they freaking add the part where they make it impossible for your "towers" to do anything time and time again. Not to mention the 1hit kills AFTER THE NUKING. They claim all matches can be cleared with low stars character but every tutorial asks me to use at least 1 6* character at Max level. This is so bs.
dumb thing about it is that it doesn't actually make the fight harder. You can retreat almost everything for the boss and use 3 frd to cycle him forever. Board clear means nothing to an empty board.
i struggled a lot then realised that nukes only trigger when you reduce boss hp, so you don´t. just control it, kill the the mobs and then harold while keeping the fires burning lol
I 3 stared all the normal stages and some challenges. Could not do ex. 2 to 3 week account, nightingale. Most skills at 2 to 4 rank. Max level was e 1 40 exceot borrowed mylnar. With e1 max 4 stars, i can see how this stage can be cleared. I cannot see how 3 stars can do it though given the unability to tank or block boss without ethan stalling or enough dps.
