Not that good but still not too bad. For his 1st passive, it is much better if the reduce dmg can active even not blocking enemy. For S2, should be similar with Skadi. But he doesn't have any faster redeploy passive. But still, feeling S2 is not too bad, will test and compare it with Morgan, Skadi, Alter Nearl. For S3, it still ok to use while facing debuff like freeze, stun, cold. But not sure it can immune to debuff like Emperor's Blade black mist or not. So, overall for me he is not too bad, and if the skill duration and dmg added is higher, or the s3 recharge is fast, then he will be good to use.

Man, it's weird to see non capital letters in your H13-3 and this thumbnail lol So how are the H stages in this chapter? Heard from some people that it gets frustrating/annoying in H13-4
LOL, I though non capital is easier to read. BTW this stage become easy while you have reaper guard to take care all the worms; and you can tank the boss easily with 2 healer.
