1. I would suggest working on your mix a bit more before posting that way it can sound the best quality you can get it, sounds like there's a massive blanket over the entire mix. Prep is important to wow people especially with all the tools and everything out there for Bedroom producers! 2. This is just different Invent, Animate riffs into one collage, Take some inspiration but don't just straight up rip stuff out of their songs to claim it as yours, people have ears for that. 3. drop F is fun, Welcome to the land of thick chunky riffs and i hope you're having fun playing in that tuning!
Idk but i just copy the slightly riffs from invent animate and people said this riffs came from invent animate, my riffs is Inspired by ERRA my mistake i stole a little bit riffs from invent animate, what if i remove the small riffs from invent animate to stop thinking people my whole song came from invent animate 😝invent animate are too generic for me so i decide to stole a small riff from them becuase i dont have an idea on thall thall thall thats why i make screentab try to compare this tabs on invent animate tab the only you can see is only the tapping parts the rest inspired by ERRA specially polyrhythms and riffs style and my mixing i think this is good except the cymbals
@@johnerickmarzo7278 I get that, but to you it may not seem that way, but to other people they can spot that really quick, especially when its very transparent in sounding like it came from that song. Also i listened on my studio monitors, i've been mixing myself for the past almost 7 years and i say this as constructive criticism and not to be a dick but the mix is very bad, cause like i said it sounds like someone put a blanket over my monitors and turned the volume down, and that's okay we all start some where, but to be like yeah this is a great mix and not taking accountability about it doesn't progress you anywhere. To you it may be referencing fine, but if only you say its good and everyone is disagreeing then you got to look back on it. Reference some songs you like on your speakers, and try and gauge how yours sounds compared to it. i HIGHLY recommend Nail the mix! it's only $20 a month and they have some of the best mixing engineers in the game that mix songs live on the spot. I've learned so much from it, and im still leaning new things as well. Also Joey sturgis tones youtube page has a LOT of helpful mixing tutorials! Like i said buddy we all start somewhere, and it's okay where you're at but the biggest thing in this field is taking constructive citicsim heavily and don't get offended or go at someones throat when they don't agree with you. You can take this advice if you want and bring yourself up and make yourself better everyday, or just roll with it.
