  • Crystallized honey can be a problem. Warming it slowly at the right temperature will allow you to liquify it. You can do this without hurting the benefits of raw honey. I just use two 100 watt bulbs to warm the honey in my cabinet. I use a light switch dimmer to control the temp and a weather monitor to measure the temp inside. The max I have seen with my setup is around 100 degrees on high setting on switch. Thanks
Dimensions of my cabinet is 31x29x20

Nice design!!! The lights shining through the honey looks great and it is a great heating source. Well done!!

Sir do, nice heating gizmo you made 🤨 thanks.
Your gizmo reminds me of the gizmo I made, due to the abundant sunshine, I mounted a used lawnmower body which I can wheel out in the sun. Thanks for sharing 👋.

I like it! I couldn't help thinking about maximizing the insulation and it occurred to me that a small dormitory refrigerator with the lights, thermometer and dimmer switch might be a good option. Of course the number and size of jars/buckets will be a concern. Still with a well insulated box, your idea is even better.

Old refrigerator, thermostat, 2 light bulbs and fan. That is it. You can liquefy honey right in a cases.
If you a castomer- put your crystallized jar in to dishwasher for cycle or two.
