I'm a big fan of Charles. Despite going through a lot in his personal life this guy is the nicest human being in such a cruel sport. It's just a matter of time for him to bring the long awaited F1 title back to Maranello
I love when Charles was talking about the children meeting him at the karting track and that realisation of the impact and joy he's able to give to people simply by being himself.
I have been a fan for years and followed his career. Many don't realise that when his dad died, Charles was scheduled to race that weekend. He was 17, got on a plane and showed up at the track. His team were shocked to see him but he said that his dad would have wanted him to be there. Gets in the car and started in last place and moved up to win the race. There wasn't a dry eye in the crowd when he stood up there holding his trophy and pointed to the sky.
The funny thing is that “Inchident” is the Italian pronounce of that ahahah in Italian is “Incidente” read like Charles did. I think Charles learned Italian before learning English
Charles' honesty in this podcast is refreshing and heartbreaking at the same time. I don't think I've ever seen him this open and at ease in talking about himself and his family. Loved, loved, loved the way you led the interview. Thank you 😊

As someone who goes to about five F1 races a year in the Paddock Club and has seen Charles interact with fans on numerous occasions, it astonishes me that anyone could ever accuse him of being arrogant. Anyone who does has never actually seen Charles in person. He is extraordinary humble, kind and generous with this him. Many drivers really don’t stop for fans. Especially the top ones. Charles does. He signs autographs, take selfies and give of his time even though he has little of it. He is unusual like that and a very fine and well-mannered person. He is the polar opposite of arrogant. Time will tell if he becomes an F1 world champion. I hope he does and he has the driving talent to do so. But as a human being, Charles LeClerc is a champion.

Lewis stops for fans all the time. Even after the races are over he will greet many fans as they are still waiting around for him. I have also seen many more of the other drivers stop to take pictures and sign autographs. So, I'm not sure who you're speaking about specifically.
@@lalalittle3900 Lewis will stop for fans for sure. Because he has a busy schedule and for security reasons often Merc will drop him off directly at the paddock swipe gate rather than put him in a position where he has to walk through a crowd to get there. Because we often do take pictures of some of these drivers, we don’t like to make negative comments about drivers and alienate them or their handlers, PR people or physios. But of all the top drivers, we have found Charles to be the most accessible. He does rarely avoid crowds and almost always stops in addition. Many drivers jog to avoid them or use scooters. Others get dropped off at the swipe gates by cars. Charles usually doesn’t do that except in Monza because the Tifosi would literally trample him.

Charles went on to win at Spa and fought Hamilton Valliantly to win in Monza - the very next race. To everyone that watched him race through those weekends, it was clear that he was someone extremely special.
With ferrari cheated engine that year, the ferrari was definitely the fastest car on those 2 low downforce tracks. At monza, hamilton was less than 1 second behind almost every single lap during the whole race, yet still couldnt pass him on the straights with the tow + drs. That takes nothing away from charles performance, but acting like that cheated ferrari wasnt faster on those 2 tracks is a joke

I can't imagine what it's like for them to stand on an international platform and speak in a foreign language and constantly think that someone is judging them for their English. But they all have overcome that fear and I guess people who understand and enjoy the sports don't really judge them. We just understand what they want to say and feel happy for them.

So proud of Charles. Not just for his win in Monaco, but his overall resilience. He’s had some incredibly tough seasons at Ferrari with a lot of his inability to convert pole to a win being because of the fucked up strategy calls. Great interview with Charles Leclerc. It offers a unique glimpse into the man behind the helmet and his thought processes. Charles is incredibly intelligent and insightful.
This makes it that much more special after finally seeing him win his home grand prix. It's always good to hear him speak about himself and this is something we don't get to see or hear very often in the world of F1, even with social media and Netflix's Drive to Survive series. Excellent job on the interview and doing your research. I always enjoy the insights and conversations.
Charles is such an amazing role model. I wish him all the best in the world. The world could learn so much from hearing this young man speak. It all sounds so simple yet impactful. It also shows the importance of a good loving father. DAGHE CHARLES

Charles talking about how much scarier it is to watch his brother drive vs driving F1 himself is one of the most relatable things as an older sibling. One thing I really love about his interviews is how it shows how much he values his family and the people around him and I hope they can always keep him grounded and secure about himself.
It was an excellent video. Charles is so intelligent and great person who really loves his life. Good questions and interesting topics… Thanks for this, i loved it!
I am amazed at how Jay can open the door so wide to goodness, humility, and love. Charles is great as well. We are so proud of his Monaco win, and most of us are grateful because we know what that means to him. Thanks for the nice podcast! We would appreciate having Carlos and Lando there on this show-they can provide a different perspective on the sport and life as well.

Charles, you're a Gem! All class and substance. The best part of Monaco was the love and tears that Prince Albert gave you. This pod was recorded right after the brazil GP apparently in Nov 2023 LOL wild he'd held this dope pod for so long ! Wonder if he wanted to wait until he got a win to honour him or waited until a win so he could get the maximum traffic for more views haha
@@Fehnz probably.
What an inspiration...Couldn't be happier upon his homerace win in the Monaco GP!
Great interview with Charles Leclerc. It offers a unique glimpse into the man behind the helmet and his thought processes. Charles is incredibly intelligent and insightful.
Watching this right after his win in Monaco... WOW.
He's such an easy to love person
Charles is so candid in taking us through his journey.. Wholesome seeing F1 drivers from these lenses
How can't you like Charles Leclerc... such a nice person and talented driver! Btw he improved his english so much! Bravo Charles!
👏👏👏
He's the sweetest human being, I just can't love him enough ❤
Great conversation, the humility, maturity and gratitude Charles displayed in this interview is astonishing. I never really thought that someone who drives for Scuderia Ferrari would be so grounded.
Charles has all the potential to be world champion, seeing him win at home on Sunday made me very emotional, I can't wait to see him win the championship
I love how Charles Leclerc shared his journey with us, by being transparent and humble. Im glad to be a part of this podcast with other fans. thank you Jay Shetty for your time and effort!
Charles is a shocking talented F1 driver with a touching human experience. One of the main characters of modern sport.Very nice interview👏👏👏
This was such a good interview. Charles is definitely going to get a world championship soon and seems like such a dope person with great values. I love that Jay did not bring up other drivers, he focused on him alone!
❤
Big fan of Charles, very humble guy and a very nice dude as well. I stumbled onto his stream on Twitch during the covid years and had been a fan ever since. Next year my two favorite drivers will be racing for Ferrari, truly a dream come true.
He talks in such a beautiful way .. I am a Redbull fan, but seeing Charles humble and polite is another thing. I had the occasion on seeing him at the Hungaroring circuit and also live, I believe in his car. He looked so happy, giving a good vibe. Thank you, Charles!
Incredible episode Jay, thanks a lot for sharing! As a huge Charles Leclerc supporter ever since he drove in Formula 2 it was really nice to be able to get an insight of him as a person. Enjoyed every second of it

Props to Jay for being smart by saving the upload for a special occasion
Love that F1 is getting bigger in the US. I wouldn't have known who this guy was or his story without the increasing popularity of Formula 1. I love hearing stories like Charles'.
Don't know him and don't follow F1, but I'm already a fan. Great interview!
You should really get into F1😁great sport
@@sandcastle6520I'll try! I started looking at the F1 racing website. I'll have to find a UA-cam video that explains it though. I was lost lol..

Clear vision helps with your direction in life and charles has always wanted to be a racer ..... So its Charles in charge , charged up and ready to go for his first championship 🏆
Welp, I love him so much more now. I lost my Dad at 16 and it’s so hard, it’s so impressive what he’s achieved so far & he will be world champion one day ❤❤❤
Awesome podcast! Great episode! Charles is one of my favorite people and I don't even know him (probably never will). See his maturity and his way of thinking is inspiring. How to keep improving, growing, and enjoying life after loss and hard moments. Thanks for this Jay!
Such a great podcast, loved it! Thank you for inviting Charles. There were so many things from his life story that I found relatable.
Hi Five, I started learning piano during COVID as well✌
I've been such an incredible fan of this man for 3 years just because I felt like it... and now knowing the depths of the character of this man, the mental strength, the humbleness, the gratefulness, and what values he has - I fully agree with Jay on this one - we need more people like this in the world
Huge fan, Charles, will be a huge fan until you win that WDC and get make all your dreams come true, see you at Monza! :D
And huge shout out to Jay for this podcast, the questions were so wonderful, personal, thoughtful, and well researched, I really enjoyed the entire podcast, the vibe from you, Jay, and the atmosphere and questions that really got us to learn more about Charles... well done :)
Thank you for this beautiful interview with Charles, he is such a special soul. Bless him xx❣
Winning his home race, somehow he manifested this on this day. He is such a wonderful, respectful and kind guy. Wish him all the succes and happines❤️
" Always stay humble " this advice never dies. ✨
Charles is such a nice guy, and an incredibly talented driver!
Never stop your podcasts. You literally saved my life Jay
So happy with this podcast, charles is definitely an amazing person. And yeah it’s ours future world champion ❤
Good to find person with qualities keeping him grounded,Sure will win championships for him.
I am amazed at how Jay can open the door so wide to goodness, humility, and love. Charles is great as well. We are so proud of his Monaco win, and most of us are grateful because we know what that means to him. Thanks for the nice podcast! We would appreciate having Carlos and Lando there on this show-they can provide a different perspective on the sport and life as well.
i relate so much with charles with playing piano to release stress. i have a lot of anxiety but playing the piano helps so much❤
Jay, absolutely perfect timing❤
And congratulations to Charles on winning his home race yesterday❤
He's already set for life. Whether or not he ever becomes a F1 champion
To be doing something you truly love and could care less about the money yet making millions lol some people have all the luck I hope he lives it to the fullest.
perfect timing for this interview, so happy for Charles as yesterday he finally won his home race
Great interview! You can feel he really still is a humble guy.
Charles, you're a Gem! All class and substance. The best part of Monaco was the love and tears that Prince Albert gave you. I usually watch everything after the race, but allI wanted to remember of this race was the podium and everything that happened there. And I am a Verstappen fan.... But, tongue in cheek, I have more than one F1 driver I support. Hope you give 'em hell next year.
Agree 💯 Post race ceremony was the highlight!!To see the Prince celebrate along with Charles was so memorable😊
His voice is so beautiful ❤️ I love how there's no background noise
Charles is awesome. His seat for Ferrari is well deserved.
