In my country,after we finish nursing school,we give a general exam,by our school. To get hired,we have to wait on some hospital to post a hiring exam which is a 2,or 3 part exam: writing,practice and interview. It is hard! You are very fortunate and blessed to have a nursing job!🎉 I cannot wait to get one myself!!

Omg!! I can relate to you. Anna seems to handle it way better than I could, which is why I love watching her videos. Motivating to see how much she overcomes! I worked night shift for two years and asked my nurse manager at the time if I could try days. She was so sweet and let me be an orientee with one of the day shift nurses. It’s definitely busy. For me, it feels like I’m steadily busy, but the time goes by slow. Nights, were busy, but in different ways. Nights go by so much faster to me though. Even now, I’m a day shifter, but I’ve worked several night shifts when they’ve needed staff. It’s the same. Nights are so nice because they’re a bit smoother. My coworkers are so sweet and helpful, but I think night shift nurses have more of a team work ethic. But nights definitely drained me. Couldn’t go out to the sun without sunglasses because my eyes would just water and burn trying to adjust back to the day. I love being able to sleep at the same time as my boyfriend. And the traffic, is so much better when you work days. At least it is where I live/work. Try it, if you can! You might really like it!
