Cottage cheese and pepper is good. Also adding it to lasagna with ricotta makes for a really high protein meal. Also cottage cheese pizza sauce pepperoni mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning in the microwave for one minute is super good like a cottage cheese pizza bowl. Each serving is 40 grams of protein
