  • We took a test drive in the Ineos Grenadier, the Landrover Defender successor at the Abenteuer Allrad this year. Will we sell the truck?

You mentioned the length in the back is not enough for sleeping... what would you say is the length from the frontseats to the rear door - shouldn't it be slightly longer than the old defender?

The Defender 110 has certainly more overhang behind the rear axle. I may be wrong, but I had the feeling, that the Ineos is shorter overall. However, there will be a longer version later.
If you use the space of the front seats to build a bed, it would be long enough. But that is not what I'm looking for.
I may not be the best person to ask or to listen to about the Ineos. I'm not one that has all data about this vehicle memorized. In fact, after seeing it live, I'm not at all interested in this vehicle anymore. My first impression of the Ineos was: Just another SUV. This opinion is probably not fair to the car and it's designers. But as often, the first impression sticks.

Hello from the high desert of New Mexico USA 🇺🇸. I've been following the development of this truck from the beginning but I have never been able to ride in it yet, what did you think. Did you ask her the price? Wow you are only a inch shorter than me .I would not want to live in the truck but I would love to tow it behind my bus . Keep up the good work and stay safe and charged

Hello James, thanks for watching my videos 😃
I personally would not go for the Ineos. To me it's not much more than another SUV. For my taste there is too much electronic on the vehicle that is bound to break at some point. Then nobody will be able to figure out the issue. As long as nothing breaks, I think this will be a very capable vehicle. But not for me.
I was much more interested in the Toyota BJ78 that are imported: toms-worldcruiser.com/fahrzeuge/toyota-land-cruiser-hzj78/index.html
But that is just personal taste...
