CueBriks (Teaser Video) DIY midi controller

Constructed for my final capstone project of my Bachelor of Interaction Design program, CueBriks is an experimental attempt to take what we know about the sequencer and make it feel more like a traditional instrument. By using physical based interactions, the instrument has its own feeling and posture required by the user to be played and the nature of the analog sensors creates the subtle nuances that one may feel on a fretless bass or even a guitar. However by essentially being a midi controller, CueBriks offers a sequenced approach to playing music that makes it impossible to play music incorrectly.
