    Removed a section in my camper where the entertainment area is and installed. Works great. Instead of propane furnace heat, I can use this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxATHBlMJwipGgVWseuAFKvDQ_5R4_lywo to heat the camper as long as it's hooked up to shore power. Only thing I do not like is there does not seem to be a thermostat. I'm presuming it has a built-in one so it does not overheat. Really like all the other color options it has to offer.

    Good choice of materials for that space, very elegant results. The height of the mantle shelf looks a bit off, but its hard to tell without a wide view.

    man, the mitered edge really makes it standout (and it's contoured to the baseboard molding! WHAT?!) ! I would've been perfectly happy with regular straight edges and not knowing what I've been missing, beautiful workmanship and attention to detail, and that beast of a tile saw.

    Looks awesome great work 👍 This is the next project on my list. Did you have any issues not using cement board or backer board for the stacked stone tile? Or did the dry wall hold up just fine ? Thanks again for your videos !

    Very nice. I was a little concerned when I saw the spray paint going on after the tile and stone were installed because of the potential of over spray. As always very nice work.

    Hi again. Like your videos. I noticed you mentioned to cut off the sharpie marks on the tile. I'd like to say that I'm using Pica pencil by Festool and it's a pretty good stuff. Works great for me. And for the regular pencils I use hanson pencil puller. I'd highly recommend those two products. I think you will like them. Very handy.

    I have a gas starter wood burning. Your gas line looked just like what mine does. Would I have to add anything different to make it work this way? It's not electric, I turn the gas on with a key. This would be a great solution as I'd been looking at the log sets & the burners that come with them. This is much prettier and seems easy. Also my fireplace surround is that large varied stone from 1975. I want to cover it with something similar to what you used (the stacked stone). Would backer board covering the original stones work? This was a great video. I hope you or someone answers my questions!

    • @LandbergTileTV
      @LandbergTileTV  4 роки тому

      I don't believe backerboard is necessary. You can simply prime the brick, or skim over with thinset and let dry before installing tile.

      @@LandbergTileTV its a very uneven surface. I wish we could post pictures on here! I've gotten so much help from the UA-cam community! Do you know anything about my question about the burner?

    • @runtskeart8352
      @runtskeart8352 3 роки тому

      @@jenniferjahns4006 I went to the fireplace store yesterday and bought a special pan for burning glass. The pipe is covered with a piece of sheet metal. Everything I saw on the net also said not to do this. It is dangerous as it can emit carbon monoxide into your home.

    I have a square fireplace with tile around it. I would like to know if I can make it rectangular that way I have more space avobe for my TV and maybe add a beam or a small mantle? I will also take tile down and update it. House was built in 2005. Will this be too expensive to change opening shape of fireplace?

    Hey is there a brick molding type of trim that you can get for fireplaces to do a picture frame around the opening? Then you can just butt the stone into it instead of seeing the cut edges?

    • @LandbergTileTV
