Stormgate Ability That Changed EVERYTHING

In today's stormgate casted game we see the stormgate vanguard versus infernals on the map called boneyard.
It was a cracking match which saw certain stormgate abilities really have a huge impact on this stormgate match.

Infernal lost a lot of fights but managed to deal enough damage as to hold. But those traps and fiends are really something. I like this infernal play.

Dayum never seen that army comp but it works great once the infernal player reaches a breaking point where enough AOE is availeable to them. Really awesome game! It does feel as though the infernals are always the ones who defend while the vangauard appear to be more aggressive which kind of goes against the lore I feel.

I think this match is an excellent example of successful Infernal vs. Vanguard being less about Brutes and Gaunts and more about Magmadon and Hexen.

I mostly agree, though if he had a few less hexxon and mixed in some gauts, he likely could have sniped some of the weak lancers early, the fact he had no ranged that could finish the job on the lancers was a huge loss in those first few fights.

I wouldn’t say “losing”, since they build animus from each fight and push back the enemies by setting them to low HP. It’s more like strategic trading
