Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

Saudi is trying to turn into Dubai, allowing liquor and have a Western haram vibe. Dubai dosent allow liqour for Muslims, so I don't think Saudi will, too. I see Saudi wants to promote tourism and have an alternative source of income, but Saudi should've done so by promoting tourism in a way that it promotes Islam, and follows Islam, its rules and prohibitions. They shouldn't use Western things to promote tourism.
