So dont talk about something that only Allah has the knowledge and Will to have it happen. People think that they have psychic powers to predict. Hadith about appearance of Mahdi and where he will be from or appear
1.Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The Mahdi will be of my stock, and will have a broad forehead a prominent nose. He will fill the earth will equity and justice as it was filled with oppression and tyranny, and he will rule for seven years.

2.Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon Him) said: The Mahdi is one of us, a member of my family. Allah will guide him in a single night." (Musnad Ahmad, 2/58, hadith 645, edited by Ahmad al-Shaakir, who said: its isnaad is saheeh; Sunan Ibn Maajah, 2/1367. This hadith was also classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami al-Sagheer, 6735). Ibn Katheer said: "This means that Allah will forgive him, grant him help, inspire him and guide him, when he was not like this before." (Al-Nihaayah, al-Fitan wal-Malaahim, 1/29; edited by Taha Zayni).
3.Abu Saeed al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon Him) said: The Mahdi is of my lineage, with a high forehead and a long, thin, curved nose. He will fill the earth with fairness and justice as it was filled with oppression and injustice, and he will rule for seven years." (Sunan Abi Dawud, Kitaab al-Mahdi, 11/375, hadith 4265; Mustadrak al-Haakim, 4/557; he said: this is a saheeh hadith according to the conditions of Muslim, although it was not reported by al-Bukhaari and Muslim. See also Saheeh al-Jaami, 6736).
They are few hadith about Mahdi , note hadith says when he come all world will be filled with oppression . Many people think oppression is only killing , doing something injustice but look at Quran what is biggest oppression . "And ˹remember˺ when Luqmân said to his son, while advising him, “O my dear son! Never associate ˹anything˺ with Allah ˹in worship˺, for associating ˹others with Him˺ is truly the worst of all wrongs.”31:13
So Allah say in the Quran shirk is biggest oppression. This indicate Mahdi will come when shirk is filled in this world
Also hadith say Mahdi will be guided by Allah , many Muslim don't know which way he will be guided. Will Allah send Jibril or is there any means of guidance . Let look in hadith what our prophet s.a.w says

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلاَّ الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ ". قَالُوا وَمَا الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ قَالَ " الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ ".

In another narration, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those of you who have the most truthful dreams are those who are the most truthful in speech."

Explanation
The dreams of believer at the end of time are true. It may be a dream about something that is happening in real life, or something that is going to happen, and then it happens exactly as in the dream. So, such a dream is considered like prophetic revelation in the truthfulness of its content or indication. "The dream of a believer is one part from forty-six parts of prophet-hood", i.e. from the parts of prophetic knowledge, considering that it includes information about the unseen. Prophet-hood is gone but its knowledge remains. The number forty six was specified because the age of the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) in the soundest narrations was sixty-three at the time of his death. His prophetic mission lasted for twenty-three years, as he was sent with the message of Islam at the age of forty. For six months before the start of his mission, he used to see good dreams (visions), which would come true as clear as daylight. Then he saw the angel (Jibrīl) while awake. So, the ratio of the period of revelation received in dreams (six months) to the duration of his prophet-hood (twenty-three years) is one half to twenty three, which is equal to one part to forty six parts. His statement: "Those of you who have the most truthful dreams are those who are the most truthful in speech", means that if the person is truthful in his speech and close to Allah, then his dreams are mostly closest to being true. This is why he specifically mentioned the righteous in the narration of Al-Bukhāri: "A good dream comes from a righteous man." As for the one who is not truthful in his speech and commits sins openly and secretly, then his dreams are mostly the result of the devil manipulating his mind. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy upon him) said: "Whoever wishes to have truthful dreams, then he should be truthful and eat from lawful earnings while observing Allah's commands and prohibitions, and let him go to sleep in a state of purification and face the Qiblah and say Dhikr until he falls asleep. If he does so, his dreams will hardly ever be false.”
From above hadith it show after prophet s.a.w there will be nothing left except true dreams. So, Mahdi will also be guided by Allah by using dreams as our prophet s.a W says. Before there is hadith that I didn't mention that say about black banners from Khorasan since this hadith is considered as weak .

MAHDI:Narrated Umm Salamah : Prophet (pbuh) said: Disagreement will occur at the death of a caliph & a man of the people of Medina will come flying forth to Mecca. Some of the people of Mecca will come to him, bring him out against his will & swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. An expeditionary force will then be sent against him from Syria but will be swallowed up in the desert between Mecca and Medina. When the people see that, the eminent saints of Syria and the best people of Iraq will come to him and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam.
Then there will arise a man of Quraysh whose maternal uncles belong to Kalb and send against them an expeditionary force which will be overcome by them, and that is the expedition of Kalb. Disappointed will be the one who does not receive the booty of Kalb. He will divide the property, and will govern the people by the Sunnah of their Prophet (pbuh) and establish Islam on Earth. He will remain seven years, then die, and the Muslims will pray over him. (Book 31, Number 4273)
Abu Dawud said: Some transmitted from Hisham "nine years" and some "seven years."
● In the last days, before the Final Hour, a man will appear, a righteous and unique leader who is Mahdi a descendant of the Prophet (SAW) through whom Allāh will grant ascendancy to the religion. He will appear at a time of many earthquakes, and when people are consumed in dispute and caught up in fighting and killing. He will fill the earth with justice and equity where before it had been filled with tyranny and injustice.
■ Yusair b. Jabir reported :
Once there blew a red storm in Kufah that there came a person who had nothing to say but (these words): `Abdullah b. Mas`ud, the Last Hour has come. He (`Abdullah b. Mas`ud) was sitting reclining against something, and he said: The Last Hour would not come until shares of inheritance are not distributed and there is no rejoicing over spoils of war. Then he said pointing towards Syria, with the gesture of his hand like this: The enemy shall muster strength against Muslims and the Muslims will muster strength against them (Syrians). I said: You mean Rome? And he said: Yes, and there would be a terrible fight and the Muslims would prepare a detachment (for fighting unto death) which would not return but victorious. They will fight until night will intervene them; both the sides will return without being victorious and both will be wiped out. The Muslims will again prepare a detachment for fighting unto death so that they may not return but victorious. When it would be the fourth day, a new detachment out of the remnant of the Muslims would be prepared and Allah will decree that the enemy should be routed. And they would fight such a fight the like of which would not be seen, so much so that even if a bird were to pass their flanks, it would fall down dead before reaching the end of them. (There would be such a large scale massacre) that when counting would be done, (only) one out of a hundred men related to one another would be found alive. So what can be the joy at the spoils of such war and what inheritance would be divided! They would be in this very state that they would hear of a calamity more horrible than this. And a cry would reach them: The Dajjal has taken your place among your offspring. They will, therefore, throw away what would be in their hands and go forward sending ten horsemen, as a scouting party. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: I know their names and the names of their forefathers and the color of their horses. They will be the best horsemen on the surface of the earth on that day or amongst the best horsemen on the surface of the earth on that day.

There is nothing called khalifa state. The head of the state is called Khalifa in Arabic. The Khawarij dogs of hell spread this khalifa state nonsense. Last time their little khalifa state was bombed by USA and their back street self proclaimed khalifa became Kabab after the US bomb attack.

There will be three Mahdi and three sufiani. Bashar Al Assad is a possible Sufiani.

"The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There will be four peace agreements between you and the Banu Asfar (Byzantines), but the Banu Asfar will violate them every time. There will be a battle during the seventh (agreement). Its banners will be black, and its warriors will be people from the Quraish.' So he mentioned the Dajjal and said: 'Every Muslim should beware of his appearance,' but he said: 'Three men, each of whom will be the son of a Khalifah, will fight over your treasure, each one of them wishing to be Khalifah. None of them will gain it. Then the black banners will come from the east, and they will kill you in an unprecedented manner.' Then he mentioned something that I do not remember, then he said: 'When you see him, then pledge your allegiance to him even if you have to crawl over ice, for he is the Khalifah of Allah, the Mahdi.'"
