Pray to Allah for protection from the evil he has created. Allah has power over all things. Nas, Falaq, Ikhlas helped me. As a matter of fact, i remember reciting kalma- Lailaha IllAllah Muhammadeur Rasoolullah in my room when I heard powerful and evil footsteps approaching. I was terrified but I closed my eyes and recited and didn't stop. Next moment, the stomping stopped. This not only strengthened my iman but also removed the fear of evil. Why do people Go with their own interpretation of Quran verses ??? if you go and watch that video with black magic you WILL BE HARMED.
The protection guaranteed by Allah is very specific to "Preservation" where future generations won't get a tampered version of it like with the Bible/other Religions texts, this means that future generations are guaranteed to find religious truth if they ever seek it, not magical protection against evil chants, same with reciting verses of the Quran for Protection, it's not that Quran is magical in it's nature, but the neurological effects of reciting the Quran makes magic less effective on you.

For those of you wondering how ruqya is shirk then it is shirk when it is done by using some words not related to quran and sunnah. If the words used in this process of ruqya are from quran and sunnah then it is permissible and ALLAH(ﷻ) knows best.

I was listening to some ruqya from 2 UA-cam channels for the past two days, and before listening to it, i had a doubt that " what if they include something bad in between the quran ayahs and I don't know arabic"... I don't know why that thought came to my mind out of nowhere about Qur'an ayat and duas...so i was thinking about finding the meaning of arabic sentences recited in those videos, if I can by any means... And today is the third day and i was going to listen to it, but this video came into my suggestion before listening to it...😮 I don't know whether Allah is giving me a sign... And I also don't know whether those channels are doing something like this or they are genuine... But I am gonna stop listening to it...

It's like giving free access to people looking for ways to cast black magic but don't know how to.
