The obvious solution is that if both religions accepted religious neutrality in their government and shared control of the temple mount (not Christians though, only believers in Towhid), and the Jews can easily be allowed to build a tabernacle (the nomadic temple that is collapsable and moveable that they used in the desert before they came to Palestine) in between Masjid Al-Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock. Both can live peacefully i one united Canaan.

It is clear that all these verses are about the children of Israel not muslims. That God helps them with wealth and children(for test). And that they (Jews) will corrupt the earth twice. 3:15 the verse didn't change to talk to the Muslims, it continues to talk to the children of Israel. The translation speaker mentions in every podcast here and there is not known to many of the Muslims and scholars. Even all books of tasfir and salaf had understanding the verse is explicitly about children of Israel.

The speaker has selected his own interpretation for reason unknown and says that from ayah 17-7 onwards Allah is speaking to Muslims. In other words Muslims did evil so as a punishment Allah sent Bani Israel to sadden your faces and they entered in Al Aqsa mosque and he implies that mosque will be destroyed. The very next ayah he implies is also about Muslims in which Allah says repent and if you return to evil ways then Muslims will be sent to hell.
Now the contemporary interpretations says that all these ayah are speaking to Israelites. They were given power twice and twice they caused corruption so Allah punished them and whenever they will have power and they return to old ways Allah will humiliate them and hell will their final abode.
What us happening today has lead some scholars of this age to take 17-7 and 17-8 as a prophecy which is being fulfilled now. This might of children of Israel, the country called State of Israel, they say, is the second promise of Allah and they have reverted to their old ways of corruption and fasad. So this is the last time they have power as Allah will soon send forces to destroy them and punish them as He swt already did. After this there will be no rise of children of Israel.

The most tafseers from scholars that I heard are not changing the narrative meaning that "you" is always related to bani i$ra!l and not to Muslims because verse 4-8 is a part that is from the Taurat and Allah (SWT) is mentioning it or better said He remembers the bani I$ra!l what He had exactly decreed in this book for them. In verse 8 He finishes this exact part from this book. What do you think? Is the "you" always refering to the bani i$ra!ls or is it changing during the verses 4-8? At the end I can only say Allah (SWT) knows best.

Paying Jizyah is a Sign of Kufr and Disgrace
Allah said,
حَتَّى يُعْطُواْ الْجِزْيَةَ
(until they pay the Jizyah), if they do not choose to embrace Islam,

(with willing submission), in defeat and subservience,
وَهُمْ صَـغِرُونَ

This is a document to the servant of Allah `Umar, the Leader of the faithful, from the Christians of such and such city. When you (Muslims) came to us we requested safety for ourselves, children, property and followers of our religion. We made a condition on ourselves that we will neither erect in our areas a monastery, church, or a sanctuary for a monk, nor restore any place of worship that needs restoration nor use any of them for the purpose of enmity against Muslims. We will not prevent any Muslim from resting in our churches whether they come by day or night, and we will open the doors of our houses of worship for the wayfarer and passerby. Those Muslims who come as guests, will enjoy boarding and food for three days. We will not allow a spy against Muslims into our churches and homes or hide deceit or betrayal against Muslims. We will not teach our children the Qur'an, publicize practices of Shirk, invite anyone to Shirk or prevent any of our fellows from embracing Islam, if they choose to do so. We will respect Muslims, move from the places we sit in if they choose to sit in them. We will not imitate their clothing, caps, turbans, sandals, hairstyles, speech, nicknames and title names, or ride on saddles, hang swords on the shoulders, collect weapons of any kind or carry these weapons. We will not encrypt our stamps in Arabic, or sell liquor. We will have the front of our hair cut, wear our customary clothes wherever we are, wear belts around our waist, refrain from erecting crosses on the outside of our churches and demonstrating them and our books in public in Muslim fairways and markets. We will not sound the bells in our churches, except discretely, or raise our voices while reciting our holy books inside our churches in the presence of Muslims, nor raise our voices with prayer at our funerals, or light torches in funeral processions in the fairways of Muslims, or their markets. We will not bury our dead next to Muslim dead, or buy servants who were captured by Muslims. We will be guides for Muslims and refrain from breaching their privacy in their homes.' When I gave this document to `Umar, he added to it, `We will not beat any Muslim. These are the conditions that we set against ourselves and followers of our religion in return for safety and protection. If we break any of these promises that we set for your benefit against ourselves, then our Dhimmah (promise of protection) is broken and you are allowed to do with us what you are allowed of people of defiance and rebellion."'
