Nothing to see here folks. Russia actually contracted with the Ukrainian army to do some urban redevelopment in Kursk. Ukraine is actually just taking some old Russian military equipment out of service and to the scrap yard, and taking down some buildings and other structures that weren't up to code. And Ukrainian troops were kind enough to give Russian soldiers a ride after their vehicles stopped working.

"Incurred" makes no sense in this context, do you mean invaded or taken by the incursion? Incurred by itself just means something caused something else to happen or gained in a negative context to the one gaining it, such as "by invading Crimea, Putin incurred Ukraine's wrath."
