Nice video. Tightening the bolts under pre-load is only necessary for rubber bushings because they're chemically bonded to the metal. Those look like polyurethane bushings, so it's not necessary for those. Either way, it's a good practice to follow.
to adjust camber you can use the "rope techique" around the car, try to measure everything (specially threads) on MM with a trusted calliper, more precise if you do this way, if not the rope and the eye measurement will be enough instead of paying to align all the car each time you hit a hole on the street ps: good work on loosining all the bolts to compress suspension, not many people do and know that, you can always put some wheels underneath to do the same process instead o jacking one wheel, it is better to have the natural weight of the car on each wheel take care and good work
I have a 97 Honda CRV stock height rear tires leaning Inward and it wears tires out alignment shop cannot do it if I install These Arms hopefully that will correct a problem in any advice will be helpful thank you
Good day tommy i just want to ask if you know if the upper arm of the eg will fit to ef hatch? Tnx i still always watching all of the video you up load and i hope i will see you driving ek again. Have a good one bro.
love the fact that this is a 5 year old video and you didnt even leave a pinned note or sticky informing people that you put them in upside down. that's awesome.
Did the knocking stop?My bushings were busted but was knocking ONLY when i made a left turn. So i swapped the passenger rear but i didnt put load on the suspension and went for a test drive and it makes a knocking noise still. So its on stands now and i am going to losen it up and place load on that rotor as you showed. I will also install the driver side rear too and see if the knocking stops with both being replaced
I redid my entire suspension on front end on an 98 accord. I didnt put any weight on the suspension but tighten ld everything down as the car was in the air....which I head you shouldnt ever do .now it pops when I break hard or turn ..is that what yours did and did u fix it?
Just about to put a camber kit on my civic 96-00 hatchback - I have taken the lock in nuts off however they don't align , the bit that goes into the wheel joint is lose to get it to align - does this matter ? Will it come undone ?
LATOMMYLA I put 1 back on (single bolt on) and tightened the double pin one , on the car now all seems fine , drove it for around 5 mins nothing has fell off yet 😂😂

Hola como yo consigo ese qui para mi carro
You've put them on upside down, doesn't hurt but reduces clearance between the arm and the body.
thanks for the visual...it helps a lot
Thanks for the vid. This made it easier for me on my CRX.
We also put antisieze on the threads and then lubricated the bushings.
Glad it helped you!

Got the same camber kit. Do you think it could hold track days?
+Constantin Lys Yes they will, I used them at 2 track days already
they are all full aluminium right? my friends tell me to use steel ones instead, as they say aluminium could break

Is it recommended to grease the rubber bushings in those arms with silicone grease etc. prior to install or leave it as is?

That idk, you need to get an alignment, your TOE will be off and kill your tires
LATOMMYLA half of the tire is in use the other half is like half an inch above the ground not that very high when it's stanced
Does this method apply to toyotas?
Will these work on a 1997 Honda CRV upper rear without fix toe problem tire is wearing inside somebody please help cannot find answer anywhere
