I moved up from Oklahoma roughly 20 years ago, and I have to say that I truly love New Hampshire. It is a beautiful State with a wide range of topography, easily reached with relatively short driving times if you take the most direct routs to each new location. I also love the distinct four seasons, each offering their own brand of beauty and wonders. While it is in New England, and on the East Coast, the typical opinions or thoughts about it because of this fact are in most cases incorrect. With better gun laws and personal freedoms than even States like Texas (often thought to be a bastion of freedom), it almost always surprises people to know the truth about it. The "Live Free or Die" motto is not simply words on paper, but a way of life. It has some of the lowest crime rates in the country, yet more PROTECTED freedoms than other States that wear the Conservative title. I have often thought of moving elsewhere in the nation since I have lived in many places, but when weighing all the positives and negatives, I always come back to the fact that I love New Hampshire, even if I am not native born and not your typical New Hampshirite. I don't really consider myself a New Hampshirite though, but instead just a Cowboy who is proud to call this State my home.
TheWhiskeyCowboy - What you wrote moved me. I live in CT right now, and as much as I’ve tried, I don’t like it. Awful people, lawlessness, trapped in the 70’s culture, expensive+, etc. I’ve lived in Seattle and truly miss the collective high IQ & innovation, and the low humidity. I’m also considering relocating to NH. I like snow and prefer cold temps than hot. Have you lived in Seattle? If so, could you compare the two?
No sales tax is one of the greatest things in the world. I know there are other states like that but Nh is one of the best places to live in the country.
I'm from Florida and this is beautiful, I went to NH to move there I absolutely love it, even thought right now I'm in Washington State to visit for the summer with Rainier and all that, New Hampshire still takes the cake, especially in the fall😍 I love Washington State, but New Hampshire will always be my #1 favorite State of all time
Went to New Hampshire for vacation and I haven't stopped thinking about it. It was our best vacation ever and I want to retire there. Now I just need to convince the wife.
If you haven’t moved yet consider Dublin. Very small town in a gorgeous area. Plenty of historic places and hiking spots. My house got me looking into the history of the place. I wanted to see when it was built compared to other things in town. Look up Townsend Farm on wiki if you want to know about one of the oldest buildings in town :)
New New Hampshire where i was born and raised and i hope to go home there someday. New Hampshire is only for thse who are chosen and worthy and Pure of heart and intentions.
Awesome job with the photography! This looks exactly like where I am a from in Central PA, except for the beach shots and mountains are a lot bigger. Thanks for bringing it to us.
Nice shots of a beautiful state! Might be nice to include a few labels of what you were shooting, as I recognized most, but many who have not traveled here would not know. Obviously, more places could be shown, but very nice for 3.5 minutes or so. I love Portsmouth, Winnipesaukee and Squam, the Kanc, White Mountain NF, Dartmouth and Hanover, St Gaudens in Cornish, Crawford and Franconia Notches, andcthe short 18-mile ocean coast, too.

I don't know what you're talking about. New Hampshire is definitely a hellhole and you definitely don't want to visit this place, particularly if you reside in Massachusetts or New York.
lorderik237 I'd much rather live in this safe, clean (aside from Masshole litter), beautiful, free state then a far-left, overtaxing, overpopulated shithole. I wish all flatlanders stayed home like you, instead of moving up here to bitch about our lifestyle and raise taxes
I am looking to move to New Hampshire soon .....i love what i have seen in videos and have heard great things.. looking to make New Hampshire my new home
You’ll probably be there before me cause I’m looking at 2021 to relocate. Let me know where you ultimately decided on and how you like it! True there is no state or sales tax but in spite of that I noticed you have to watch out for real estate taxes. Several really old houses I’ve seen listed on realtor have annual taxes of $10,000 plus.
This is true ..... .... I am currently in Maryland near dc too crowded and to expensive...I am getting over a rear ending collision from a few years ago .... Just looking for something different and a change of scenery
What a beautiful state ! My parents moved to Costa Rica back in the 70s ( when this was a truly safe and beautiful nation). Unfortunatley, the once paradise Costa Rica is now long gone. I´m seriously thinking about selling my property and saying good bye and moving to New Hampshire :)
Have you done so yet? If not I highly recommend moving here. We have so many more freedoms than some states, but also one of the lowest in the country. Greetings from Dublin.

LIVE FREE OR DIE STATE. Less laws/taxes than any other state.
How about texas? I'm a foreigner so I don't know any states tax fees so well
Not exactly, the property tax is one of the highest in the country. Yes, there is an income tax on interest and dividends!
2nd highest electricity rates… It’s hardly a Live free of die state…
My property tax is redonkulous
New Hampshire! Yes, no sales tax, no income tax, and good
living. Consider the seacoast town of New Castle - the most desirable location
in NH to live with the lowest property tax rate. Drive through the island on
one of the most scenic byways in America! It's only a one-hour drive to Boston
and top medical facilities, and only a one-hour drive to the mountains and

Best place in USA
Almost heaven, West Virginia
Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
All my memories gather round her
Miner's lady, stranger to blue water
Dark and dusty, painted on the sky
Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eye
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
I hear her voice, in the morning hour she calls me
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And driving down the road I get a feeling
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterday
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
Take me home, down country roads
Take me home, down country roads
