Facts, I've waited years thinking more evidence existed, but jokes on the prosecutor, because all I see is law enforcement messed up and now the prosecutor is hired to cover it up, not get justice, because if that is fact why are these facts the same as the week after the crime? Because the cops messed up, so that's well established as fact, not any evidence of the crimes...
Anthony shots aka kk in this very trial was allowed, and that right there gave reasonable doubt, because metadata links kk not RA...
Metadata ONLY links kk, and Brad Holder's son because he went to school with them...
Injustice has already happened to the girls and family, this is a mockery of justice plan and simple, I'm not sending anyone to prison for this because I wouldn't want to go to prison for child crimes on this BS evidence... No way...

Case is looking like an inside job from A to Z. On my channel you'll see how BG really showed up to that bridge, ready to to be recorded. LE then sold the charade to the public while collecting upwards of 400K+ in reward money. Phone was left for a reason.

Sketches are often not admissible in court. ACTUAL footage taken by an ACTUAL victim on the ACTUAL day her life was taken is obviously extremely important evidence, no matter how grainy the video is. Why would you even question that? So dumb.

@@MartyRabbitthe confessions are a constitutional infringement because his incarceration at a state penitentiary prior to having due process is cruel and this far UNUSUAL punishment...
The eye witnesses seen blood OR POSSIBLE MUD not him commiting the crime, the .40 Cal handgun is the most sold and used gun in the world,
Cycling a round vs ballistics are 100% two different things, one is an actual science with repeated outcomes that remain the same result, the other is opinion, as every.40 Cal weapon using the same round, and having the same function to discharge all leave the same exact markings lol
Being at a location where homicides happened doesn't make anyone guilty, the supporting evidence must be clear for REASONABLE DOUBT,
Saying someone was there makes them guilty, then why not the 3 girls who could have held a grudge, or maybe one of the private property owners living exactly where it happened...
I understand how the prosecutor wants to act like this is a case, but it's so weak, it's literally hearsay because it's just a theory nothing is a slam dunk as far as evidence,
The confessions are tainted by trauma, torcher, and even pharmaceutical drugs during the highest stresses any human can handle just being accused of child crimes around prison is a death sentence...
If he's so guilty, and the facts show exactly that, then the state messed up by committing felonies of their own because civil rights are not up for debate, EVERYONE has EQUAL rights and no one can circumvent DUE PROCESS to determine facts, and hand out judgement and sentencing,
Even without allowing other facts as a defense is unconstitutional, keeping the record from the public is also an infringement, and that mixed with the lack of clear evidence, no I would not want to spend my life in prison over this, plus I don't see justice for the girls because as fact in this case the cops messed up, that in itself is tangible evidence they can be screwing up the case in it's entirety... Because of them we will never know...
The fact Anthony shots was allowed shows doubt in the facts in this case, Anthony was in fact in contact by metadata not Richard Alan, and that fact alone rises him and his father higher up the list with Brad holders son who happened to have relationship with the victims...
I'm saying this as a father of 3 girls, and I would have already gone postal on the investigation week 1... Still think multiple people, if just one person why? SA of two victims at once but oops I didn't get to so let me delete them because I'm almost caught... IDK
Very weak, and an injustice already for the girls almost a decade later when these same facts existed way back then...

Who dropped him off? If his phone was traveling, was he carrying the drivers phone? To give eachother alibi?
    .
If it was him, there would be 2 people arrested.

@@MartyRabbitGiven the reportedly shoddy evidence collection and other obvious omissions (failure to send samples of analysis in a timely manner ect) along with all the secrecy, the public has reason to be somewhat skeptical in this case. It’s a small town, there can be a lot of corruption going on behind the scenes.

    • @chriswilson1968
      @chriswilson1968 День тому +2

@MartyRabbit No they can't lol they already tried and it's too short of a clip and too low quality. And yes I do think they would have because they are completely desperate for a conviction and he's the only guy left for them to pin it on. Ron Logan died and Kline is in prison for 40 years on separate charges. They have to prosecute someone. They botched this case from day one, I believe they will do whatever it takes to close the books on it. Ron Logan looks exactly like the guy on the bridge, it's his own property so he would know right where to take them to so no one would hear or find them for a while. People that knew him intimately said he's a violent man who hits women. He had a family member lie for him during the exact time of the murders trying to make a fake alibi. He's an old man and the voice sounds like an old man. 2+2 usually equals 4. I'm not saying Allen couldn't possibly have done it I just think it's more likely that is what Ron Logan. Allen has no history of violence at all and he literally gave a report saying he was in the area that day if he can help out in any way and then went on living his life in the exact same way for 7 years. Does that sound like something the killer would do? Don't you think he maybe would have not gave a report or maybe moved away after getting away with it? I see no logic in it being Allen. Of course it totally could be it's impossible to know for sure, this is an insane case with multiple suspicious characters. Personally I think it was the guy who cracked his girlfriend over the head with a wrench just because she said she wanted to break up. That sounds like a man full of rage and capable of murder to me.
