Landmark is a trusted brand and if they fix this issue now, trust me that will place them in another totally niche brand for reliability and dependability in the industry. But if they go the opposite way, which I doubt, maybe the beginning of the end for their brand. Bit honestly, Dr. The CEO is a smart business man, who knows the onions in this venture. My father's house is the first green house in your video that had 2 mast on it and down that lane are our ancestoral lands that all of my extended family settled on and unfortunately are going to be removed. Its sad but its the truth, same as some parts of your project at Debojo. For now before you buy any property from Eleko to Iwerekun down to Lekki. Do proper findings or just pause. Even the Government are just marking both approved and non approved as right of way for now. For now we are all confused as this was not the projected road and not even the route its meant to follow. May Nigeria not happen to us.

But this alignment has always been and when charted, it will reveal Coastal Road, and the company must have seen that. No realignment on the part in the video
No. The alignment was not in the book. It was Asiwaju and the Minister of Works, Dave Umuahi, that compelled the movement to save houses in Lagos and other States so that the Construction would cause the least harm. Even now, the adjustments will continue. Go and watch the Minister's speech on May 1.

Plus all the fees, etc, you spent, give and take N6m. But do you know how much a plot of land now costs on that route? N30M to $ 45 million minus Development fees and Survey. So, if people can be reasonable and work with Landmark, we can have solutions. With the Lagos Coastal Road, the value of the land on the route will explode. So, be patient. Work with Landmark. This is actually a very good idea. The best thing will be to reduce the plot sizes to 500sqm for everyone. Most of us invested in US dollars, and with the current exchange rate, it won’t make any sense for any refund whatsoever.
At the extreme end of the marked road, there is a house there that isn't demolished yet. Does that mean the house is staying on that road?

Why is it we have to hear from youtube realtors and beachfront is not even contacting us. Why are they like this. They always hide when theirs problems.

Due diligence would have saved your investors their funds. A check from lands bureau was all they need to run.
In this clip, you still continue to misinform your investors, just as you guys did while marketing the beach front estate and the likes couple of years back.
The coastal road was designed a long time ago and it's alignment falls within the coordinates of the estates your were marketing.
Also, non of your investors would have been able to get a building approval from Lagos State, because that zone was marked for tourist use not residential use.
The current solu alade-eleko community road is distinct from the coastal road, so it was never planned to be expanded to a coastal road.
I empathize with the real estate investors in their present predicament. However, the truth be told most of the real estate marketers in axis did not do enough due diligence before investing. The Lagos to Calabar Coastal Road has been in existence for more than 30 years. The information about it has been resident in the Office of the State Surveyor General and the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development all this while. Going forward, it is advisable that due diligence be conducted at these establishments before making any investment. The same should be done at State Land Registry and Land Bureau.
You are talking shit. Tinubu decided to save all the buildings that were built legally and illegally on the old route that the Coast Road was to take and move the road back to the areas that are least developed to prevent your hues and cries. Next, after the road is completed, everyone will celebrate. Okay. Keep your high horse bullshit to yourself. Goodness tried her best to bring the issue out with empathy.
