You know what's the worst part about being attached or killed by a shark? They don't even eat humans, they're attracted to the blood and movement they shred you to pieces until they notice you don't taste like fish and they leave you there 😭
If I remember correctly they arnt attracted by blood if they smell it and it get in there nose they go and investigate if they see it they don’t just go there and kill you

And if u get attacked or killed by a shark u deserve it. That's their home, their territory its not ours. We shouldn't be in the ocean period. And people out here trynna kill sharks like bruh, u shouldn't be there in the first place

I feel that the worst thing in this situation of sharks surrounding is that they can detect the electricity in our bodies. Not to mention the electrical signals of our HEART. They’ll know when we’re afraid and can quite literally… READ THE ROOM (or the ocean at least). Anyways, it’s such a blast watching your videos ZZAVID. It’s exciting how quick I can be introduced to movies or pop culture that I haven’t heard of before thanks to you!! Pleasure to be a viewer boo 💅
The important thing to remember though is that unlike the sharks in this movie- the vast majority of real life sharks are not looking to mess with humans. Most shark bites of humans, by a long shot, are "curiosity" bites- basically the shark trying to check out something it's encountered in its' environment, similar to a baby reaching out and grabbing something it wants to explore. Somewhat unfortunately, sharks do not have hands & use their mouths to explore their environment. But the good thing about that is once the shark has "explored" a thing for the first time (ie- bitten someone once), it generally lets go and leaves the human alone afterward. That's why the survival rate for shark bites is almost 90%.
Idk about that survival rate because them curiosity bites can do more than maim it’s probably between 89 to 70%
@@nyahbrown9711 The number I saw was 89%, which it why I said almost 90%. There's only about 5-10 deaths per year from sharks, which is among the lowest from what's traditionally considered "dangerous animals."
@@vadalia3860 I know all of this, they may not intentionally plan to hurt us but danger is about the potential outcome of a situation not how much it occurs, or intentions. They are beautiful animals and don’t hunt humans but are very dangerous to us whether it’s due to hunger or curiosity

If all that counted was a base chance of danger, you'd never drive or walk anywhere and live your entire life as a hermit because the chance of danger is everywhere all the time. You DO already incorporate how much a potential outcome is likely to occur, you're just choosing not to in this specific instance. Probably because you're buying into popular culture making a boogeyman out of this particular animal.

I’m glad to see Claire Holt back into her element again in the water, you’d think from H20 she would’ve seen some sharks in the way, anyway I wonder how Ricki and Cleo are doing these days hopefully we get an update when both actors are in the waters again hopefully we don’t get *baited* either way I’m glad they have both had a *safe harbour* back to the shore to carry on their human lives and give us content.
i went snorkeling once in open waters like 40 minutes away by boat from any land, and there were dolphins and some kind of small sharks but i totally understand your fear because it was so eerie seeing only pitch darkness below me and then suddenly a creature rising up towards me….made me think about what could be down there even deeper 😮

I went rafting. The raft flipped. I got stuck under while people were getting back in, unable to locate the end. I started taking in water while very conscious. I'd say without severe pain involved, most horrifying thing.

Girl I’m so damn late but I definitely recommend Everything Everwhere All At Once if you want a heartfelt movie and haven’t seen it yet! Michelle Yeoh is the main protagonist and one of the three main characters is an lgbtqia+ woman! It’s set in a sci fi world in which her mother tries to reconnect with her, you’ll cry but it’s so obscurely funny I think you will definitely laugh at it and still see it’s meaning and emotional themes, the colourful costumes and style of humour are unmatched in cinema rn !
