All of these look delish! I made a really good pasta with minced garlic, half and half, onion, tomato, mushroom, butter, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and corkscrew pasta.

I made the 4th one tonight, and it was REALLY good. :) It's very different from how I make regular ol' spaghetti and meat sauce, too. The only modification I did was adding about 4 cloves of garlic to the meat/onion mix, and then I added freshly grated Parmesan cheese at the very end. I had a hard time trying to guess how much uncooked pasta would equal 1/2 a pound of cooked pasta, but I guessed and it turned out okay. Highly recommended!
I made the shrimp scampi, and it is amazing! Although I would tone down the chili flakes the 1/2 a teaspoon. It was way too spicy before but I found that halfing it was the perfect amount. Great video!
