Yes it was possible till now. But just this week Maharashtra University stated internship transfer not allowed in medical colleges. Will they extend that to BDS not sure. But till date it was possible.
Dentistry is not about jobs so don't think Salary. MDS get paid more for work they do than BDS because of more trained skill set (in a particular part of dentistry).
People pay more salary to those who know more work. There are BDS dentists who earn more than MDS. There are also MDS who earn more than BDS. If you have skills you can earn easily..

In India yes. Abroad many places BDS Indian degree not valid so have to clear registration process there then can do masters there.

Not possible.. you might have to pay the first college all 4 years fees..
