Hey Hi!! Once I do the research and try the platforms by my self I will definitely share :) I prefer reading from books and not notes. I prefer my books to be scribbled. But once in 1st year, it's really important to get in practice on how you will be writing the exams. That you can get by writing notes. :)

BDS ki first three years ki padhai almost same hoti hai to MBBS. But we have dental practicals and subjects too and we also start doing patients from the 3rd year :) and whatever we study is basically more focused on head and neck region.

Link in the description under the video on that book. You can see the sample pages, reviews and contents. Your every question will be answered. Many things can be done after being a dentist. However, the question is are you interested in the Journey? And the journey is explained in DETAIL in the book.

Hey Buddy. A good question. Sometimes they do have MCQ's. Like 5-10 questions, that makes the exam easier as you can fetch good marks by answering them currently. But Majorly it's a written exam.

what internals about sister
Internals are exams conducted by the college and they are not the final exams. Internals questions varies on the College or the University you are into. It differs for each year..

Hey Buddy!! If you buy just the skull its totally worth it.. Later if you no longer need it ..you can sell at a reasonable rate to your juniors :)
Being a dentist.. We are highly focussed on Face and Neck.. So skull is something we always need to understand, learn and understand better.
