Most of the topics from general surgery do overlap with other subjects. I used the exact same resources as mentioned in the video. Ex: ninja nerd, osmosis. For treatment aspect, I'd refer to either textbook or SlideShare.

Mam can you say how many marks should get for distinction in bds first year for each subject
450/600 marks. That is 75% marks
We have only 4 subjects mam
Each subject is 200 marks. Biochem and physio is considered as one subject. So overall is 600 marks!
For Individual subject distinction you need at least 150/200 marks.

Or tell us where we can find notes.
Most of us don't have our notes which we made the entire year. Starting from scratch now will be a tedious process.

Check out this page on Facebook called Dr. Dentist, they post handwritten notes on a lot of topics.
